معادل‌یابی تشبیه در ترجمۀ عربی رمان سمفونی مردگان براساس الگوی پیرینی (2007)

تشبیه یکی از مهم‌ترین آرایه‌های زبانی است که علاوه بر شعر و نثر ادبی در متون غیرادبی نیز کاربرد فراوان دارد. از این رو، در فرآیند ترجمه، مبحث برگردان تشبیه، یکی از چالش‌های مهم پیش‌روی مترجمان به‌شمار می‌رود. بیشترین دشواری ترجمۀ تشبیه به تفاوت‌های فرهنگی موجود در زبان مقصد و مبدا برمی‌گردد. در این میان، تعیین روش صحیح در ترجمۀ عباراتی که در آن تشبیه به‌کار رفته است، می‌تواند دشواری این کار را کمتر کند که این مساله به مهارت و رویکرد مترجم نیز بستگی دارد. در این مقاله با روش کیفی به بررسی روش‌های به‌کارگرفته شده در ترجمۀ تشبیهات موجود در برگردان عربی رمان «سمفونی مردگان» که با عنوان «سمفونیة الموتی» توسط احمد موسی انجام شده، می‌پردازیم و برای این منظور از الگوی پیرینی (2007) استفاده خواهیم کرد. پیرینی، 6 روش را برای ترجمۀ تشبیه در یک متن پیشنهاد می‌دهد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که این روش‌ها برای بررسی ترجمۀ تشبیه، مناسب و قابل اجرا است. احمد موسی در ترجمۀ سمفونی مردگان، بیشترین استفاده را از روش برگردان تحت‌اللفظی داشته و از سایر روش‌ها کمتر استفاده کرده است. استفادۀ زیاد از روش ترجمۀ تحت‌اللفظی، نشان‌دهندۀ نزدیکی فرهنگ در زبان مبدا و مقصد و گرایش مترجم به بیگانه‌سازی متن مقصد است. الگوی پیرینی نیاز به تکمیل دارد و راهبردهایی از جمله افزودن ادات تشبیه باید به آن اضافه شود.

Equivalence of Similes in the Arabic Translation of the Symphony of the Dead Novel Based on the Pierini Model (2007)

Simile is one of the most important rhetorical techniques that in addition to literary poetry and prose is also widely used in nonliterary texts. Therefore, in the translation process, the issue of metaphor translation is also one of the most important challenges for translators. The greatest difficulty in translating a metaphor is due to the cultural differences between the target language and the source language. In this respect, determining the correct method in translating the phrases in which the analogy is used can reduce the difficulty of this task, and this depends on the skill and approach of the translator. In this article, we will use a qualitative method to examine the methods used in translating the similes in the Arabic translation of the novel &Symphony of the Dead& performed by Ahmad Musa, and for this purpose, we will use the model of Pierini (2007). Pierini generally suggests six methods for translating metaphors in a text. The results of this study show that these methods are suitable and applicable for the study of metaphorical translation. In translating the novel, Ahmad Musa has used the literal translation method the most. Excessive use of the literal translation method indicates the closeness of the culture in the source and target language and the translator’s tendency to alienate the target text. The Pyrenean model also needs to be completed, and strategies such as adding metaphorical devices need to be added.
