بررسی ترجمۀ ماجده عنانی از «نون و القلم» جلال آل‌احمد براساس نظریه تعادل اصطلاحی بیکر

یکی از مشکلاتی که هر مترجم در برگردان از یک زبان به زبان دیگر با آن روبه‌رو است، اصطلاحات و عبارات ثابت یک زبان است؛ چراکه بخشی از فرهنگ یک زبان را تشکیل می دهند. داستان «نون و القلم» جلال آل‌احمد از معدود داستان هایی است که سرشار از اصطلاحات و ضرب‌المثل است. این داستان از سوی ماجده محمدعلی عنانی، مدرس دانشکده ادبیات، دانشگاه حلوان به عربی برگردان شده است. در این میان، راهکارهای متعددی در ترجمه این اصطلاحات اتخاذ شده است که طبق نظریه مونا بیکر قابل بررسی و پژوهش است. مونا بیکر برای برگردان اصطلاحات، روش هایی چون حفظ صورت و معنا، حفظ معنا و تغییر صورت، دگرگونی، حذف و.. . را پیشنهاد داده است. این پژوهش بر آن است تا با توجه به چارچوب این نظریه، برگردان عربی را با متن اصلی مورد بررسی قرار دهد. یافته های این تحقیق که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی به دست آمده است، نشان می دهد مترجم داستان «نون و القلم» به رویکرد حفظ معنا و تغییر صورت بیشتر راغب است؛ به این صورت که با دریافت معنای کنایی آن اصطلاحات، اقدام به ترجمه کرده و در این میان به دلیل تشخیص ندادن برخی اصطلاحات به ترجمۀ تحت اللفظی آ‌ن‌ها اقدام کرده است که ترجمه ای منطقی و شفاف به نظر می رسد، اما در واقع با توجه به بافت عبارت، غلط و نادرست است.

Examining Majedeh Anani’s Translation of Jalal alAhmad’s Nun and AlQalam Based on Baker’s Idiomatic Equivalence Theory

One of the problems that every translator faces when translating from one language to another is the fixed idioms and expressions of a language, as they form part of the culture of a language. Jalal alAhmad’s Nun and AlQalam story is one of the few stories full of idioms and proverbs. The story has been translated into Arabic by Mrs. Majedeh Mohammad Ali Anani, a lecturer at the Faculty of Literature, University of Halavan. In this regard, several approaches have been adopted to translate these terms that can be studied and researched according to Mona Baker’s theory. Mona Baker has suggested some strategies to translate idioms such as preserving form and meaning, preserving meaning and changing form, transformation, omission and so on. This study aims to examine the Arabic translation of the original text in the context of this theory. The findings of this study obtained through a descriptiveanalytical approach show that the translator of the story Nun and AlQalam is more interested to use the approach of preserving meaning and changing form. Thus, the translator has translated the idiomatic expressions by understanding the ironic meaning of the idioms and in the meantime a literal translation has been used due not recognizing some expressions, and  although it seems logical and transparent, but in fact it is inaccurate regarding the context of expression.
