تبیین مدلی برای سنجش کیفیت کارکنان با استفاده از شاخص آنتروپی شانون و بررسی اثر آن بر کیفیت گزارشگری مالی

مرور ادبیات نظری سرمایه انسانی در حوزه گزارشگری مالی بیان می کند، کیفیت کارکنان بر کیفیت گزارشگری مالی و در نتیجه بر ارزش شرکت تاثیر مثبت دارد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین معیارهای موثر بر کیفیت کارکنان شرکت از دیدگاه خبرگان و تبیین مدلی جامع و چند معیاره برای سنجش کیفیت کارکنان شرکت های ایرانی و بررسی تاثیر کیفیت کارکنان بر کیفیت گزارشگری مالی می باشد. برای این منظور ابتدا معیارهای کیفیت کارکنان با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده قبلی و در نظر گرفتن محیط اطلاعاتی ایران شناسایی و نظر خبرگان در رابطه با وزن و اهمیت هر یک از این معیارها از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری و با استفاده از تکنیک آنتروپی شانون مدل جامع کیفیت کارکنان تبیین گردید. سپس با کمک مدل پیشنهادی، شاخص کیفیت کارکنان برای نمونه ای متشکل از 70 شرکت بورسی طی سالهای 1391 تا 1396 محاسبه و تاثیر کیفیت کارکنان بر کیفیت گزارشگری مالی از طریق تخمین مدل رگرسیون آزمون گردید. نتایج حاصل از انجام پژوهش نشان می دهد سطح تحصیلات، تجربه کاری، سرانه آموزش و سرانه حقوق کارکنان مهمترین معیارهای سنجش کیفیت کارکنان از دیدگاه خبرگان است. همچنین نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه پژوهش نشان داد که بهبود شاخص کیفیت کارکنان باعث افزایش کیفیت گزارشگری مالی شرکت می گردد.

Modeling for Emploee Quality Measurement With Shannon Entropy Index and It’s Effect on Financial Reporting Quality

A review of the theoretical literature on human capital in the area of ​​financial reporting states that the employee quality has a positive impact on the financial reporting quality and firm value. The purpose of this study is to determine the effective criteria on the quality of company employees from the experts #39; point of view and to explain a comprehensive and multicriteria model for measuring the quality of Iranian corporate employees and to evaluate the impact of the employee quality on the financial reporting quality. For this purpose, firstly, the employee quality criteria were identified according to the Iranian information environment and experts #39; opinions regarding the weight and importance of each of these criteria were collected through a questionnaire and explained using the Shannon entropy technique of comprehensive employee quality model. Then, using the proposed model, the employee quality index was calculated for a sample of 70 the firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 20122017 and the impact of employee quality on financial reporting quality was tested by estimating the regression model. The results of the research show that education level, experience, per capita training and per capita wages are the most important criteria for assessing the quality of staff from the experts #39; point of view. Also, the results of the analysis of the research hypothesis showed that improving the employee quality index increases the financial reporting quality.
