واکاوی برنامه ریزی درسی حسابداری مدیریت حرفه ای و سرفصلهای آن با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا

برنامه ریزی درسی حسابداری مدیریت، یکی از مهمترین شیوه های بسیار اساسی جهت تربیت نیروی متخصص و ارتقاء جایگاه ویژه حسابداری مدیریت است. پژوهش حاضر در صدد تحلیل محتوای سرفصل ها و دروس ارائه شده در دانشگاههای برتر دنیا و دانشگاه های ارائه دهنده حسابداری مدیریت در ایران و همچنین بیانیه ها و چارت های جامعه حسابداران مدیریت خبره (cima)، دسته بندی موضوعی دروس و شناخت میزان تمرکز موضوعی دروس و فراوانی دروس ارائه شده (از جمله دروس عمومی و تخصصی حسابداری مدیریت حرفه ای) در دانشگاه های منتخب دنیا برای تدوین سرفصل های جدید در رشته حسابداری مدیریت حرفه ای برآمده است. در این راستا، ابتدا با استفاده از نمونه گیری قضاوتی 50 دانشگاه برتر ارائه دهنده رشته حسابداری در مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی در سطح دنیا طبق نظام رتبه بندی qs در سال 2020 میلادی و 5 دانشگاه ارائه دهنده حسابداری مدیریت در ایران در سال 1398 و همچنین، بیانیه های cima انتخاب شدند. همچنین، در این پژوهش با بکارگیری روش دلفی فازی و نظرخواهی از صاحب نظران رشته حسابداری مدیریت، سعی شد که تا حد امکان سرفصل های منتخب برای رشته حسابداری مدیریت حرفه ای در ایران بومی‌گزینی شود و مهر تایید صاحب نظران را داشته باشد. نمونه دانشگاه های هدف از لحاظ فراوانی قاره ها، تنها متمرکز بر یک قاره نبود و شامل قاره های آمریکا، اروپا، آسیا و استرالیا می باشد. نتایج تحلیل محتوا حاکی از آن است که 82 درصد دانشگاه های منتخب، کارشناسی ارشد حسابداری را به صورت آموزش محور (دروس تئوری و پایان نامه) و 14 درصد صرفاً پژوهش محور و 90 درصد این مقطع را به صورت ناپیوسته و 6 درصد نیز به صورت پیوسته ارائه می‌کنند. در مقابل نیز 64 درصد مقطع دکتری را به صورت آموزش محور و 20 درصد نیز به صورت پژوهش محور و 82 درصد این مقطع را به صورت ناپیوسته و 2 درصد نیز به صورت پیوسته (دانشگاه ملبورن) ارائه می کنند. پس از بررسی برنامه آموزشی رشته حسابداری مدیریت در دانشگاه‌های ایران مشاهده شد که از 17 عنوان درسی که در ایران ارائه می گردد، 11 عنوان درسی (65 درصد) با دروس ارائه شده در 6 دانشگاه برتر و بیانیه های cima مطابقت دارد. در نهایت، بر مبنای اطلاعات بدست آمده و مطابقت آن با برنامه آموزشی ایران، یک لیست پیشنهادی دقیق و جامع در جهت آموزش و تربیت نیروهای متخصص و متعهد و افزایش کارایی دانش آموختگان رشته حسابداری مدیریت ارائه شده است.

Analysis of Professional Management Accounting Curriculum Planning and its Syllabus using Content Analysis

Management accounting curriculum planning is one of the most important basic methods for training specialists and improving the special position of management accounting. This study aims to analyze the content of the Syllabus and courses offered in the worldchr( #39;39 #39;)s top universities and universities providing management accounting in Iran, as well as the statements and charts of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Category The subject of courses and recognizing the thematic focus of courses and the abundance of courses offered (including general and specialized courses in professional management accounting) in selected universities of the world to develop new topics in the field of professional management accounting. In this regard, first, using the judgmental sampling of the top 50 universities offering accounting in the postgraduate course in the world according to the QS ranking system in 2020 and 5 universities offering management accounting in Iran in 2019 Also, CIMA statements were selected. Also, in this study, by using fuzzy Delphi method and Interview with the experts in the field of management accounting, it was tried to select as many topics as possible for the field of accounting of professional management in Iran and be approved by the experts. The sample of target universities was not only focused on one continent in terms of the frequency of continents, but also included the continents of the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The results of the content analysis indicate that 82% of the selected universities offer masterchr( #39;39 #39;)s degree in accounting as oriented education (Theory and thesis courses), 14% in only researchoriented, 90% in this course as discontinuous and 6% as Continuous. In contrast, 64% of doctoral programs are offered as oriented education, 20% are offered as researchoriented courses, 82% are offered on a discontinuous basis, and 2% are offered on a continuous basis (Melbourne University). After reviewing the educational program of management accounting in Iranian universities, it was observed that out of 17 topics offered in Iran, 11 Topic (65%) correspond to the courses offered in the top 6 universities and CIMA statements. Finally, based on the information obtained and its compliance with the Iranian training program, a detailed and comprehensive list of suggestions for training and educating specialized and committed personnel and increasing the efficiency of the knowledge of management accounting graduates is provided.
