شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر بهبود عملکرد راهنمایان گردشگری (موردمطالعه: شهر تهران)

عملکرد حرفه‌ای راهنمایان، عامل کلیدی موفقیت تجربۀ گردشگری است؛ لذا، بهبود عملکرد راهنمایان، یکی از دغدغه‌های سازمان‌های گردشگری محسوب می‌گردد که آنها می‌توانند با شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بهبود عملکرد، توجه ویژه‌ای به آن عوامل مبذول نموده و در نتیجه عملکرد راهنمایان گردشگری را ارتقا دهند. پژوهش پیش‌رو، با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر بهبود عملکرد راهنمایان گردشگری شهر تهران انجام پذیرفت. نوع پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف، کاربردی بوده و ماهیت توصیفی دارد. با توجه به نوع داده‌های گردآوری‌شده و دیدگاه استقرایی-قیاسی مورداستفاده، رویکرد پژوهش، ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) محسوب می‌گردد. جامعۀ آماری، شامل خبرگان در حوزۀ راهنمایی گردشگری در انجمن صنفی راهنمایان تور شهر تهران می‌‌گردد که 15 نفر خبره شناسایی و با توجه به تعداد کم آنها به‌صورت سرشماری برگزیده شده‌اند. با استفاده از ادبیات پژوهش و نظرات خبرگان، 15 عامل موثر بر بهبود عملکرد راهنمایان گردشگری شناسایی شدند. عوامل شناسایی‌شده، در قالب پرسش‌نامۀ سلسله‌مراتبی تدوین گردیدند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، تکنیک سلسله‌مراتبی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که عوامل سازمانی به‌مثابۀ مهم‌ترین عوامل اصلی، آموزش به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل سازمانی، رضایت شغلی به‌منزلۀ مهم‌ترین عامل فردی و عوامل قانونی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل محیطی موثر بر بهبود عملکرد راهنمایان گردشگری شهر تهران تلقی گردیدند. در پی شناسایی عوامل براساس دیدگاهی یکپارچه‌ و با اولویت‌بندی انجام‌شده، عوامل دارای اهمیت و اولویت بیشتری آشکار شدند که برای بهبود عملکرد راهنمایان، مورد توجه ویژه‌ای قرار خواهند گرفت.

identifying and prioritizing the effective factors on the tourist guides performance improvement (case study: tehran city)

the guides professional performance is the essential factor for a successful tourist experience; therefore, improving the guides performance is one of the concerns of tourism organizations, and by identifying the factors affecting performance, they can pay attention to those factors and improve the tourist guides performance. this study was conducted with the objective of identifying and prioritizing the effective factors on improving the tourist guides performance in tehran. the type of the study is applied based on the purpose and it has a descriptive nature. according to the type of data collected and the inductive-deductive perspective used, the research approach is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). the statistical community includes the experts in the field of tourist guiding in the tour guide syndicate of tehran and 15 experts have been identified and selected according to the census method due to their small number. the factors were identified using the literature and experts' opinions and were formulated in the hierarchical questionnaire. the data was analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process. the findings show that organizational factors were considered as the most important main factors, education as the most important organizational factor, job satisfaction as the most important individual factor and legal factors as the most important environmental factors affecting the tourist guides performance in tehran. the most important factors will be given special attention to improve the guides performance.
