طراحی مدل فرهنگ کار مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی در راستای کارآفرینی اجتماعی (مطالعه در سازمان محیط زیست کشور)

فرهنگ کار مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی در حوزه شرکت‏های کوچک و متوسط یکی از مهمترین راهکارهای خلاصی کشورها به‌خصوص کشورهای توسعه‌نیافته از مشکلات اقتصادی است. در عصر حاضر بدون داشتن فرهنگ کار مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی نمی‌توان انتظار فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه اجتماعی داشت. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل فرهنگ کار مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی در راستای کارآفرینی اجتماعی در سازمان محیط زیست کشور بود. چارچوب نظری بر‌اساس دیدگاه‌های صاحبنظران تدوین شد. در مطالعه توصیفی‌‌پیمایشی حاضر، گروهی از خبرگان آشنا با تئوری‌های فرهنگ کار مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی به‌صورت گزینشی انتخاب شدند و گروه دیگر، شامل همه کارکنان دارای رتبه سازمانی خبره و عالی در سازمان محیط زیست کشور در 31 استان بودند که با توجه به فرمول کوکران 400 نفر از آنان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و نرم‌‌افزارهای آماری استفاده شد. بین فرهنگ کار مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی با کارآفرینی اجتماعی در سازمان محیط زیست کشور رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت. بین عوامل فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی، محیطی و تکنولوژیک فرهنگ کار با کارآفرینی اجتماعی در سازمان محیط زیست کشور رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت. مسئولان محیط زیست کشور می‌توانند از نتایج پژوهش حاضر برای رفع مشکلات این سازمان استفاده کنند.

designing a work culture model based on islamic perspective in the direction of social entrepreneurship (study in the country’s environmental organization)

work culture based on islamic perspective in the field of small and medium enterprises is one of the most important ways to get rid of countries, especially underdeveloped countries from economic problems. in the present era, without a work culture based on the islamic perspective, one can not expect social entrepreneurial activities. in this changing environment, in order to improve entrepreneurial attitudes at the community level should be achieved . this study aimed to design a work culture model based on the islamic perspective for social entrepreneurship in the environment organization. in this descriptive-survey study, a group of experts familiar with the theories of work culture based on islamic perspective and social entrepreneurship were selected selectively and other group, including all employees with expert and high organizational rank in the environment organization in 31 provinces and according to cochran’s formula, 400 were selected. a questionnaire was used to collect data. for data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics and software were used. there was a significant relationship between work culture based on islamic perspective and social entrepreneurship in the environment organization. there was a significant relationship between individual, organizational, social, environmental and technological factors of work culture and social entrepreneurship in the country’s environmental organization.
