ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزار سنجش مهارت‌های ارتباط اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌ای برای سنجش مهارت ارتباط اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین است. با توجه به هدف ونوع، پژوهش حاضر از نوع «تحقیق و توسعه» است.. از نظر شیوه جمع آوری داده‌ها روش مورد استفاده توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و از طرح های همبستگی و به صورت خاص تحلیل عاملی و روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود . به منظور حصول روایی صوری وسازه به برآورد شاخص‌های cvr و cvi با استفاده از کارشناسان و خبرگان اقدام شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش همسانی درونی سنجیده شد. جامعه‌‌ پژوهش حاضر، کلیه دانشجویان مقاطع تحصیلی کاردانی و کارشناسی مصوب دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین بودند که از بین آنها، به صورت روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی (397 نفر) انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی داده‌‌ها تاییدی در قالب مدل اندازه گیری پس از تامین کلیه پیشفرض‌ها نشان داد که از 195 گویه‌‌ شناسایی شده برای مهارت ارتباط اجتماعی، 131 گویه با مولفه‌های خود(9 مولفه) همبستگی داشتند و به عنوان سوال‌های نهایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. این مطالعه نشان داد که پرسشنامه مهارت ارتباط اجتماعی با ضرایب روایی و پایایی مناسب، ابزاری مناسب برای سنجش مهارت ارتباط اجتماعی دانشجویان است و می‌توان نسبت به هنجاریابی آن در دانشجویان اقدام کرد.

abstractthe main purpose of this study is to construct and validate a questionnaire to assess the social communication skills of students of amin university of law enforcement sciences. the present study is of applied-developmental type and in terms of quantitative methods of data collection is descriptive-survey type. in order to obtain formal validity, cvr and cvi indices were estimated using experts. the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using the internal consistency method. the population of the present study was all undergraduate and graduate students approved by amin university of law enforcement sciences, from which they were selected by relative class sampling method (397 people). the results of factor analysis of confirmatory data in the form of measurement model after providing all the assumptions showed that out of 195 items identified for social communication skills, 131 items were correlated with their components (9 components) and were approved as the final questions of the questionnaire. were located. this study showed that the social communication skills questionnaire with appropriate validity and reliability coefficients is a suitable tool for measuring students’ social communication skills and can be used to standardize it in students.validation, communication skills model, personal communication, intra-organizational skills, extra-organizational skills.
