خرده ‌فرهنگ فقر و آسیب‌های اجتماعی در محلات شهری (مطالعه موردی محله هرندی)

مطالعه حاضر به بررسی خرده‌فرهنگ فقر و آسیب‌های اجتماعی در محله هرندی (دروازه‌غار سابق) تهران و در بین گروه‌های موسوم به «غربتی» می‌‌پردازد. داده‌های این تحقیق از طریق روش تحقیق کیفی و با استفاده از تکنیک‌های مصاحبه و مشاهده گردآوری شده است. حجم نمونه 40 نفر و تعداد این حجم با رسیدن به اشباع نظری پایان یافت. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌‌دهد که غربتی‌ها «خرده‌فرهنگ فقر» خاصی دارند که زمینه را برای انواع مسائل و آسیب‌های اجتماعی فراهم کرده است. علاوه بر این، یافته‌ها گویای آن است که عناصر خرده‌فرهنگ غربتی‌ها مواردی هم‌چون فقر و ارزشمندی فقر، هیجان‌خواهی و لذت‌جویی، بی‌توجهی به قانون، این‌جا و اکنون بودن و عدم تمایل به آینده‌نگری، مشارکت پایین اجتماعی و عدم تعلق روحیه شهروندی را شامل می‌‌شود. هم‌چنین این خرده‌فرهنگ فقر با شکل‌گیری انواع آسیب‌های اجتماعی در بین افراد غربتی نظیر اعتیاد، خشونت، قماربازی و خرید و فروش مواد ارتباط دارد.

The Subculture of Poverty and Social Pathologies in Urban Neighborhoods(A Case Study of Darvazeh Ghar)

The present article aims to study the subculture of poverty among “gypsies” in Harandi Neighborhood (formerly known as Darvazeh Ghar) in Tehran. The research method is qualitative and the data was gathered using observation and interview techniques. The sample size was 40 people, and it was completed when the theoretical saturation was achieved. The results of this study show that the gypsies have a special poverty subculture that paves the way for different kinds of social issues and pathologies. Also the findings show that the subculture of the gypsies include elements such as poverty, valuing poverty, seeking adventure and excitement, hedonism, violating the law, being here and now, unwillingness to care about future, low social participation and lacking any feeling of belonging to the urban environment. Also the subculture of poverty is closely related to the formation of different social pathologies, such as addiction, violence, gambling and drug dealing.
