بررسی نقش برنامه‌ریزی ناحیه‌ای بر رفاه اجتماعی از دیدگاه مردم.

رفاه اجتماعی از جمله مهم ترین مقولات دنیای معاصر است  و تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های رفاهی توسط دولت‌ها و سازمانهای ذیربط از روش‌ها ی مختلفی انجام می‌شود. گفته می‌شود اغلب برنامه‌ریزی‌های رفاهی، ذیل برنامه‌ریز‌های کلان کشوری انجام شده  و به ندرت خصوصیات منطقه، ناحیه و نیاز‌های نواحی را در نظر می‌گیرد. یکی از  روش‌هایی که در سطح  برنامه‌ریزی میان برد کاربرد دارد تکنیک برنامه‌ریزی ناحیه‌ای است. این روش بر خلاف برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان، به صورت منطقه‌ای و با توجه به ظرفیت‌های بومی ‌و ناحیه‌ای انجام میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر  برسی تاثیر برنامه‌ریزی ناحیه‌ای بر رفاه اجتماعی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را شهروندان شهر زنجان و  نمونه آماری آن مشتمل بر 385 شهروند شهر این  می‌باشد که از طریق فرمول کوکران برای جامعه نا محدود محاسبه شده است. پس از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی مبانی نظری موضوع، دادههای موردنیاز به شیوه پیمایشی با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری و تحلیل داد‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد  برنامه‌ریزی ناحیه‌ای  بیشترین تاثیر را بر روی  متغیر امنیت اجتماعی   و در مراحل بعدی به ترتیب با متغیر‌های ، فراغت، آموزش، سلامت، مسکن، بیمه و جمعیت رابطه معنا داری دارد.

Investigating the role of regional planning on social welfare from people's perspective

foundations of the subject, the required data were collected using a questionnaire and the structural equation modeling method was applied for data analysis. The results show that regional planning has the most effect on the social security variable and in the next stages there is a meaningful relationship with variables, leisure, education, health, housing, insurance and population.
