بررسی تاثیر توانمندسازهای مدیریت دانش بر فرایند خلق دانش (مورد مطالعه: شرکت‌های تعاونی منتخب استان یزد)

امروزه اساس رقابت‌پذیری در اقتصاد جهانی، از منابع مادی به سمت دارایی‌های دانشی سوق داده شده است؛ به گونه ایکه دانش به عنوان تنها منبع استراتژیک مزیت رقابتی شناخته می‌شود. ازاین رو، کسب وکارهایی که بتوانند دانش موجود در سازمان را به شکلی مناسب در فرایندها، محصولات و خدمات به‌کار ببندند، نسبت به رقبا برتری نسبی خواهند داشت. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین توانمندسازهای مدیریت دانش بر فرایند خلق دانش و با استفاده از تکنیک رگرسیون خطی چندگانه انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از جمع آوری اطلاعات از شرکت‌های تعاونی استان یزد که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، نشان دهنده تاثیر مثبت اعتماد، همکاری، یادگیری، مهارت t شکل کارکنان و فناوری اطلاعات بر فرایند خلق دانش بود. همچنین، تاثیر منفی بین رسمیت و فرایند خلق دانش را مورد تایید قرار داد. از نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان برای تقویت سیستم مدیریت دانش در شرکت های دانش محور، با تاکید بر آن دسته از معیارهایی که در مدل‌های ‌رگرسیونی، ضریب ‌تعیین بالاتر، و توان بیشتر در تبیین واریانس متغیرهای وابسته دارند، بهره برد.

Investigating the impact of knowledge management enablers on knowledge creation process (Case of: selected cooperated companies of Yazd)

In today’s global economy, the fundamental attribute of competitiveness have been driven from pecuniary capital to knowledge capital so that knowledge is known as the unique strategic resource to acquire competitive advantage. Therefore, businesses that efficiently utilize existing knowledge within their organizations are expected to gain comparative advantage over their competitors. This research has included the effects of knowledge management enablers on knowledge creation process employing multiple linear regression technique. The outcome of the research, that was conducted based on data collected from cooperative companies of Yazd province, reflects a positive impact of trust, collaboration, learning, Tshaped skills, and IT on knowledge creation process. It also indicates the negative impact of formalization on knowledge creation process. The result can be applied to strengthen the knowledge management system of studied knowledgebased companies through the focus on those specific criteria which have a higher adjusted R square in the regression models and accordingly, have a more power in explanation of dependent variable variances.
