طراحی مدل مدیریت دانش در سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل مدیریت دانش در سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران با استفاده از روش کیفی داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری شامل صاحب‌نظران مدیریت دانش و مدیران اجرایی سازمان ورزش شهرداری بود که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه‌‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با آنها تا حد اشباع نظری پیش رفت.روش پژوهش: برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌‌ها، از سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شد که در مجموع 58 کد باز به‌دست آمد و در پنج مقولۀ شرایط علی (فرهنگ سازمانی، زیرساخت فناوری، سرمایه‌‌گذاری بلندمدت، نقشۀ راه)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (حمایت مدیران عالی، چرخۀ عمر سازمان، نیروی انسانی خبره و پراکندگی مراکز سازمان)، شرایط مداخله‌‌گر (نقش حاکمیت، حقوق مالکیت مادی و معنوی و رقبا)، راهبردها (توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، دانش‌محور شدن سازمان، اجرای راهبرد مدیریت دانش، طراحی مجدد سیستم پاداش و طراحی مجدد ساختار) و پیامدها (بهبود تصمیم‌‌گیری، توسعه و خلق دانش جدید، افزایش خلاقیت و نوآوری و هویت بخشی) دسته‌بندی شدند.یافته‌ها: با توجه به انجام مراحل کدگذاری، 58 کد باز در 20 مقوله و 5 مولفه (شرایط علی، زمینه‌‌ای، مداخله‌‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدهای مدیریت دانش در سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران) شناسایی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه فضای سازمان از شکل سنتی در جهت دانش‌محوری تغییر کرده است، سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران، باید ضمن سازگاری با تغییرات، راهبرد‌‌های مدیریت دانش خود را تنظیم کنند.

designing a knowledge management model for the municipality sports organization of tehran

introduction: this study was conducted with the aim of designing a knowledge management model in tehran municipality sports organization using the qualitative method of grounded theory with strauss and corbin approach.methods: the statistical population of the study included knowledge management experts and executive managers of the municipal sports organization who were selected using purposive sampling and semi-structured interviews to reach theoretical saturation. for data analysis, three stages of open, axial and selective coding were used, which resulted in a total of 58 open codes and in five categories of causal conditions (organizational culture, technology infrastructure, long-term investment, road map).results:contextual conditions (support of senior managers, organizational life cycle, skilled manpower and dispersion of organizational centers), intervening conditions (role of governance, material and intellectual property rights and competitors), strategies (human resource empowerment, knowledge-based organization, strategy implementation knowledge management, reward system redesign and structure redesign) and outcomes (improved decision making, development and creation of new knowledge, increased creativity and innovation and identification) were categorized.conclusion: due to the fact that today, the atmosphere of the organization has changed from its traditional form to knowledge-based, so sports organizations, including the tehran municipality sports organization, must adapt to these changes and adjust their knowledge management strategies.
