تحلیل گفتمان غالب بر ورزش بانوان کشور (با تاکید بر فضای قهرمانی دهه 90)

مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش شناخت و تحلیل گفتمان غالب بر ورزش قهرمانی بانوان کشور و شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده و تقویت‌کننده موثر بر ورزش قهرمانی بانوان، می‌باشد.روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی و از نوع روش تحلیل گفتمان است. مشارکت-کنندگان در این پژوهش شامل 42 نفر از بانوان قهرمانی است که در دهه 90 (هجری شمسی) در فهرست بانوان اعزامی به مسابقات جهانی المپیک و پارالمپیک 2012 و 2016 قرار داشتند.یافته ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از تاثیر عوامل مختلفی بر توسعه‌ ورزش قهرمانی بانوان، می‌باشد. این عوامل در قالب 2 مقوله اصلی بازدارنده و تقویت‌کننده دسته‌بندی شدند. عوامل بازدارنده شامل: عدم حمایت مالی دولت، عدم حمایت مسئولین، تبعیض جنسیتی، عدم امکانات باشگاهی، محدودیت‌های زیرساختی، فرهنگ مردسالاری، عدم دریافت پاداش؛ و عوامل تقویت‌کننده شامل: اعتماد به نفس، حمایت خانواده، پشتکار، انگیزه بالا، حمایت مربی، روحیه کار تیمی، اخلاق حرفه‌ای، توجه به ارزش‌های دینی و فرهنگ ورزش بانوان می‌باشند.نتیجه گیری: در این مقاله پس از شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی عوامل بازدارنده و تقویت کننده ورزش قهرمانی بانوان بر اساس تحلیل گفتمان، راهکارهایی برای توسعه و بهبود همه‌جانبه ورزش قهرمانی بانوان برای حضور موفق در مسابقات المپیکی و پارالمپیکی ارائه شده است. قهرمانی بانوان برای حضور موفق در مسابقات المپیکی و پارالمپیکی ارائه شده است.

analysis of the dominant discourse on women’s championship sports in the country (with emphasis on the championship during of the 90 decade)

introduction: the present study was conducted to identify and analyze the dominant discourse on women’s championship sports in the country and to identify effective deterrents and reinforcing factors on women’s championship sports.methods: the research method based on the nature of the data and analysis method based on discourse analysis is qualitative and based on the purpose is applied research. the statistical population of this study includes 42 women champions who were included in the list of people sent to the 2012 and 2016 world olympic and paralympic games. also, theoretical sampling was used, which according to holloway and amy, 4 to 40 people are sufficient for qualitative studies.introduction: the present study was conducted to identify and analyze the dominant discourse on women’s championship sports in iran and to identify effective deterrents and reinforcing factors on women’s championship sports.methods: the research method based on the nature of the data and analysis method based on discourse analysis is qualitative and based on the purpose is applied research. the statistical population of this study includes 42 women champions who were included in the list of people sent to the 2012 and 2016 world olympic and paralympic games. also, theoretical sampling was used, which according to holloway and amy, 4 to 40 people are sufficient for qualitative studies.results: findings of discourse analysis show various factors affecting the development of women’s championship sports. these factors are classified into two main categories; deterrents and reinforcing factors. deterrents include: lack of material and moral support of government officials, gender discrimination, lack of club facilities, infrastructure restrictions, patriarchal culture, lack of rewards; and reinforcing factors include: self-confidence, family support, perseverance, high motivation, coach support, teamwork, professional ethics, attention to religious values and women’s sports culture.conclusion: in this article, deterrents and reinforcing factors of women’s championship sports identified base on discourse analysis and classified, solutions for the comprehensive development and improvement of women’s championship sports for successful participation in the olympic and paralympic competitions have been presented.conclusion: in this article, deterrents and reinforcing factors of women’s championship sports identified base on discourse analysis and classified, solutions for the comprehensive development and improvement of women’s championship sports for successful participation in the olympic and paralympic competitions have been presented.
