شناخت و اولویت‌بندی اقدامات فرهنگی موثر در ارتقای آداب حضور در استادیوم‌ها

مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش شناخت و اولویت‌بندی اقدام‌های فرهنگی موثر در ارتقای آداب حضور در استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران با هدف ارتقای امنیت آنها بود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع ترکیبی است که در بخش کیفی، اقدامات فرهنگی موثر در ارتقای آداب حضور استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران طی سیزده مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با متخصصان و تحلیل محتوای عرفی داده‌ها شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی پژوهش نیز دوازده نفر از شرکت‌کنندگان بخش کیفی، اقدامات شناسایی‌شده را به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی، در ماتریس مقایسه‌های زوجی از نظر اهمیت به‌صورت دوبه‌دو مقایسه کردند و داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار expert choice تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد الگوسازی فرهنگی با وزن نسبی 0/177 مهم‌ترین اقدام در توسعۀ آداب حضور افراد در استادیوم‌های فوتبال ایران است. فرهنگ‌پذیری، پشتوانه‌سازی قانونی، نظارت و کنترل، مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی، پشتوانه‌سازی اجرایی، سازماندهی کارگزاران ورزشی، هم‌اندیشی و شبکه‌سازی، و ارتقای آکادمیک به‌ترتیب با وزن‌های 0/167، 0/122، 0/121، 0/119 و 0/107، 0/071، 0/068 و 0/048 در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند (0/01= نرخ ناسازگاری). نتیجه‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد شناسایی الگوهای رفتاری مناسب و معرفی آنها به جوامع هدف اعم از تماشاگران، ورزشکاران، مربیان و غیره توسط سازمان‌دهندگان مسابقات فوتبال و همچنین سیاستگذاران حوزۀ فرهنگی-ورزشی و نیز تخصیص و هزینه‌کرد درست بودجه‌های فرهنگی در این مسیر، بتواند در تربیت نسلی نو از هواداران فوتبال و ارتقای امنیت استادیوم‌های فوتبال در آینده کمک شایانی کند. با این حال، آن دسته از اقداماتی که در اولویت‌بندی صورت‌گرفته در رده‌های پایین قرار گرفته‌اند، همچنان حائز اهمیت‌اند و نباید مورد غفلت قرار گیرند.

recognition and prioritizing effective cultural measures in promoting etiquette for attending stadiums

introduction: the purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize effective cultural measures in promoting attendance etiquette in iranian football stadiums using a hierarchical analysis method with the aim of improving their security.methods: this research was of mixed type and in the qualitative phase, cultural measures which are effective on enhancing etiquette at iranian football stadiums were identified during thirteen semi-structured interviews with experts by conventional content analysis. in the quantitative phase, twelve participants of the qualitative phase completed the ahp pairwise comparison matrix and compared the measures identified in the qualitative phase in pairs in terms of importance and the data were analyzed by analytical hierarchy process and using the expert choice software.results: the findings showed that culture building with relative weighting 0.177 is the most important action in the development of culture and etiquette of the presence of people in football stadiums. acculturation, legal support, monitoring and control, planning and management, executive support, organizing sports agents, co-thinking and networking, and academic promotion with weights of 0.167, 0.122, 0.121, 0.119, 0.107, 0.071, 0.068, and 0.048 were placed in the next priorities, respectively (incompatibility rate = 0.01).conclusions: it seems that identifying appropriate behavioral patterns and introducing them to the target communities, including spectators, athletes, and coaches, etc., by football organizers, as well as cultural and sports policy makers, and also, the proper allocation and spending of cultural budgets in this path can help in educating a new generation of football fans and improving the security of football stadiums in the future. however, those measures that have been prioritized in the lower ranks are still important and should not be neglected.
