کاوش موانع اجرایی اقتصاد مقاومتی در توسعه ورزش

کشور با مشکلات و محدودیت‌های اقتصادی و عدم انطباق آن با ساختارهای حاکم بر دنیا در حوزه‌های مختلف رو‌به‌روست. درک این محدودیت‌هاست در ورزش نیز وجود دارد که اهمیت اجرای سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی را روشن می‌کند. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، کاوش موانع اجرایی اقتصاد مقاومتی در توسعه ورزش بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه متخصصین دارای سابقه تدریس دانشگاهی و حوزه اقتصاد ورزش، متخصصین و مسئولین ورزش در سراسر کشور که تعداد آنها شامل 160نفر بود. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش هدفمند بود و ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی تایید گردید. ضریب پایایی با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 89% بدست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و در آمار استنباطی از مقدار شاخص kmo و آزمون بارتلت و جهت تفسیر بارهای عاملی گویه‌ها از ماتریس همبستگی و نرم‌افزار spss 20 و amos استفاده شد. یافته‌های مدل پژوهش نشان داد که در بین موانع اجرای اقتصاد مقاومتی بعد ضعف عوامل حقوقی و قانونی (84%) بیشترین تاثیر را دارد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌گردد که مراجع قانون‌گذار با وضع قوانین و مقررات به پیاده سازی اقتصاد مقاومتی در ورزش کمک نمانید.

Explore the barriers to economic performance in sports development

The purpose of this study is to explore barriers to resistance economic in sport development from sports professionals’ view point. The study population included 160 professionals and experts and sports officials across the country who have a resume of university teaching or experience in sport economy. Finally, the number of not distorted returned questionnaires was 143. The sampling method was purposeful in this research. the research instrument was a researchermade questionnaire (based on the identified factors of the qualitative section). The validity of the questionnaire is formal and content reliability was confirmed by 10 sport management experts by reliability coefficient was Cronbach’s alpha 89%. To analyze the research data SPSS 20 software in significance level (0% 05˃ p) and AMOS software were used. The descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics after analyzing data distribution and KMO and Bartlett’s test and to interpret the factor loads of the items the correlation matrix was used. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the challenges and barriers to implementation resistance economy the factor of &weakness of legal and legal factors& (84%). It has the greatest impact and &disregard of documents upstream& (58%) have the least impact. According to the results of the research, it is suggested that the legislator’s authorities do not help with the implementation of the rules of the law and the implementation of the resistance economy in sport.
