تحلیل عاملی مولفه های الزام اجرایی قبل از خصوصی سازی ورزش در ایران

هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر تحلیل عاملی مولفه های الزام اجرایی قبل از خصوصی سازی ورزش بود. روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و متخصصان حوزه خصوصی سازی ورزش و در مجموع (380 نفر) و نمونه های تحقیق 198 نفر بودند. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 12 نفر از اساتید و پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 79/0= α به دست آمد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل عامل تاییدی و اکتشافی) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای لیزرل 8.8 و spss 20 انجام شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهدکه شش مولفه الزام اجرایی قبل از خصوصی سازی ورزش شناسایی شد که براساس بار عاملی به ترتیب شامل به روز کردن طرح جامع ورزش (92/ 0)، توانمند سازی بخش خصوصی(88/ 0)، نیروی انسانی توانمند(87/ 0)، نظارت و کنترل(85/ 0)، تشکیلات و ساختار(81/ 0) و خدمات(79/ 0) بود. با توجه به این نتایج مسئولین ورزش کشور می بایست قبل از واگذاری ورزش به بخش خصوصی باید به مولفه های الزام اجرایی توجه داشته باشند تا فرایند خصوصی سازی بتواند با شرایط مطلوبی انجام شود.

Factor analysis of the components of administrative requirements before Sports Privatization in Iran

The aim of this study was factor analysis of the components of administrative requirements before Sports Privatization in Iran. Research methodology was exploratory mixed method. The statistical population was sports management professors (n = 345), experts of sports privatization (n= 35) totally of 380 people and sample size was 198 people. The survey instrument was a semistructured interview and researchermade questionnaire. Form and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 experts and professors of sport management. Reliability using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient obtained α=0.79 and was approved. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, etc.) and inferential (factor analysis) was used. All analysis using statistical software Lisrel 8.8 and Spss 20 at a significance level (α= 0.05) was performed. The total variance explained showed that the research items comprise 6 factors and these factors account for about 67.945% of the variance. The results showed that six categories of requirements before sports privatization were identified that respectively were updating the comprehensive sports plan (0.92), empowering the private sector (0.88), empowered human power (0.87), Monitoring and control (0.85), Organization and structure (0.81), Services (0.79) requirements. According to the results it can be concluded that the country’s sports officials before transferring the sport to the private sector should take note of the administrative requirements until privatization process can be performed in favorable conditions.
