طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ به‌کارگیری انرژی تجدیدپذیر در اماکن ورزشی ایران

هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی و مدلسازی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ به‌کارگیری انرژی تجدیدپذیر در اماکن ورزشی ایران بود. روش تحقیق آمیخته و از نوع اکتشافی بود. بر این اساس تحقیق در دو بخش کیفی و کمی انجام گرفت. در بخش کیفی به‌منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ به‌کارگیری انرژی تجدیدپذیر از روش فراترکیب و ارائۀ نظریه‌ای در خصوص توسعۀ به‌کارگیری انرژی تجدیدپذیر در اماکن ورزشی با توجه به مولفه‌های یافت‌شده در قسمت فراترکیب، از روش تحقیق نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها استفاده شد. در بخش کمی با نظرسنجی از خبرگان روایی مدل تایید شد. در مرحلۀ فراترکیب جامعۀ مورد بررسی شامل کتاب‌ها، اسناد و مقالات پژوهشی با موضوع عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ به‌کارگیری انرژی تجدیدپذیر بود که پس از چند مرحله غربالگری 40 مورد وارد فرایند فراترکیب شد. در مرحلۀ نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد گلیزری و نظرسنجی خبرگان از نظرهای 7 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی صاحب‌نظر در حوزۀ انرژی تجدیدپذیر استفاده شد. با استفاده از فراترکیب 30 مفهوم شناسایی‌شده به‌عنوان عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ به‌کارگیری انرژی تجدیدپذیر در اماکن ورزشی در 9 مقولۀ مسائل بین‌المللی، مسائل ملی، توانمندی‌های طبیعی، توانمندی‌های فنی، توانمندی‌های اقتصادی، توانایی‌های مدیریتی، ویژگی‌های بازار، مسائل اجتماعی و فرهنگی و ویژگی‌های ساختمان تقسیم شدند، سپس با استفاده از کدگذاری انتخابی و نظری رویکرد گلیزری داده‌بنیاد ارتباط بین این مقوله‌ها مشخص و مدل برخاسته از پژوهش ارائه شد. روایی مدل نهایی از طریق نظرسنجی خبرگان و به روش سیگمای شمارشی 855/0 به‌دست آمد. دولت و حکومت باید با اتخاذ سیاست‌های بین‌المللی و سیاست‌های انرژی مناسب زمینۀ لازم برای دسترسی به انرژی تجدیدپذیر ارزان‌قیمت در کشور را فراهم کند و با آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی و وضع قوانین استفاده از انرژی تجدیدپذیر در اماکن ورزشی را توسعه دهد.

Developing the Model of Factors Affecting the Development of Renewable Energy Use in Iran Sport Facilities

This study aimed to identify and develop a model of those factors affecting the development of renewable energy use in Iran sport facilities. The research method was mixed and exploratory. Accordingly, this research was conducted in two qualitative and quantitative phases. In qualitative phase, the metasynthesis method was used to identify the those factors affecting the development of renewable energy use and the grounded theory was used to present a theory for the development of using renewable energy in sport facilities with an emphasis on the elements found in metasynthesis phase. In quantitative phase, the model validity was confirmed by experts’ viewpoints. In the metasynthesis phase, the population contained books, research documents and articles with the subject of those factors affecting the development of using renewable energy. After screening for several times, 40 cases were entered into the metasynthesis stage. In the stage of Glaser grounded theory, the viewpoints of 7 academic experts in the field of renewable energy were used. Using metasynthesis, 30 concepts were identified as factors affecting the development of using renewable energy in sport facilities that were divided into 9 categories: international issues, national issues, natural abilities, technical abilities, economic abilities, managerial abilities, market properties, social and cultural issues and building properties. Then, the relationships of these categories were specified by selective and theoretical coding of Glaser grounded theory, and the model developed from the research was presented. The validity of the final model was obtained as 0.855 by experts’ viewpoints and counting sigma method. The government should lay the groundwork for accessing cheap renewable energy in the country by adopting appropriate international policies and energy policies and develop the use of renewable energy in sport facilities by education and culturalization and laying down the rules.
