جایگاه دیپلماسی ورزشی در سیاست خارجی ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی 1357

دیپلماسی ورزشی از انواع دیپلماسی‌های عمومی است که امروزه جایگاه ویژه‌ای در سیاست خارجی کشورها دارد. شرایط ویژۀ جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ضرورت پرداختن به دیپلماسی ورزشی کارامد را دوچندان می‌نماید. دولت‌های بعد از انقلاب اسلامی همواره در پی استفاده از ظرفیت‌های قدرت نرم برآمده‌اند، اما در این زمینه کارامدی مناسبی نداشته‌اند و با چالش‌های مختلفی روبه‌رو بوده‌اند. استفاده از دیپلماسی ورزشی درست و کارامد می‌تواند دولتمردان را در پیشبرد اهداف سیاسی خود به‌ویژه در عرصۀ روابط بین‌الملل و ایجاد صلح جهانی یاری کند. سوال اصلی این پژوهش عبارت است از اینکه جایگاه دیپلماسی ورزشی در دولت‌های روی‌کارآمدۀ ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی چگونه بوده است؟ در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی به جایگاه دیپلماسی ورزشی در سیاست خارجی کشور، در دولت‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که دیپلماسی ورزشی کشور از روند و الگوی خاصی پیروی نمی‌کند، ولی هرچه از صدر انقلاب می‌گذرد، دولت‌ها بدون توجه به مواضع سیاسی خود به استفادۀ بیشتر از این دیپلماسی در راستای اهداف خود روی آورده‌اند.

The Position of Sports Diplomacy in Iran’s Foreign Policy after the Islamic Revolution in 1979

Today, sports diplomacy is one of the types of public diplomacy that has a special place in the foreign policy of countries. The special circumstances of the Islamic Republic of Iran redouble the need for effective sports diplomacy. Governments after the Islamic Revolution have always sought to use the capabilities of soft power, but they have not been effective in this regard and or they have faced various challenges. The use of correct and effective sports diplomacy can help politicians to achieve their political goals, especially in the field of international relations and world peace. The main question of this research is what was the position of sports diplomacy in Iranian governments after the Islamic Revolution? In this research, the position of sports diplomacy in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran after the Islamic Revolution that has been studied by descriptiveanalytical method and using library and documentary sources. The results showed that Iranian sports diplomacy does not follow a specific trend and pattern, but as time goes on since the beginning of the revolution, governments, regardless of their political positions, have resorted to using this diplomacy to their advantage.
