طراحی مدل مبتنی بر تحلیل راهبردی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعۀ ورزش همگانی اقشار خاص (مورد مطالعه: جامعۀ جانبازان، معلولان، ناشنوایان و نابینایان)

این تحقیق با هدف طراحی مدل مبتنی بر تحلیل راهبردی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعۀ مشارکت ورزشی جانبازان، معلولان، ناشنوایان و نابینایان (ج. م، ن. ن) کشور انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری 330 نفر از افراد صاحب‌نظر در حوزۀ ورزش معلولان بود و براساس کفایت نمونۀ تحلیل عاملی 220 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته بود و روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزار پژوهش، توسط استادان مدیریت ورزشی (6 نفر) و مدیران (7 نفر) بررسی و تایید شد. سپس به‌منظور غربال و تعیین اعتبار بخش‌های مختلف پژوهش از تکنیک مطالعۀ دلفی متشکل از صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان برحسب نمونۀ در دسترس استفاده شد (8 نفر). آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز برای تایید روایی سازه استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 0.90 ارزیابی و تایید شد. از آزمون بارتلت نیز برای کفایت نمونه و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای تعیین مولفه‌های پنهان، در ابزار کمی بهره گرفته شد. روش‌های آماری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها شامل آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی، تی تک‌نمونه‌ای، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلۀ ساختاری است. براساس یافته‌ها، چهار عامل فردی و خانوادگی، ورزشی، مدیریتی و محیطی، عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعۀ ورزش همگانی معلولان هستند. مدل پژوهش در آزمون مدل معادلۀ ساختاری برازشی مطلوب داشت، بنابراین، مدل توسعۀ ورزش همگانی جانبازان و معلولان ایران تایید شد. ازاین‌رو می‌توان گفت عوامل فردی و خانوادگی دیدگاه و نگرش‌های اقشار خاص را تعیین می‌کنند و چنانچه عوامل محیطی به لحاظ ساختاری و فرهنگی، قابلیت توسعۀ میزان مشارکت ورزشی برای افراد معلول را داشته باشد، کشف و بروز استعدادهای بیشتری نیز اتفاق خواهد افتد.

Developing a Model Based on Strategic Analysis of Factors Influencing the Development of Sport for All for Specific Strata (Case Study: Society of Veterans, Disabled, Deaf and Blind)

The aim of this study was to develop a model based on strategic analysis of factors affecting the development of sport participation of veterans, disabled, deaf and blind in Iran. The statistical population consisted of 330 experts in the disabled sport and 220 subjects were selected based on the adequacy of factor analysis sample. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data, and the face and content validity were evaluated and approved by sport management professors (n = 6) and managers (n = 7). Then, Delphi technique consisting of experts based on convenience sampling method (8 subjects) was used to screen and validate different parts of the research. Confirmatory factor analysis test was also used to confirm the construct validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed and confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha (0.90). Bartlett test was used for sample adequacy and exploratory factor analysis was applied to determine hidden components in the quantitative tool. Statistical methods of data analysis included descriptive statistics, onesample t test, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. According to the findings, personal and family, sport, managerial and environmental factors were those influencing the development of sport for all for the disabled. The research model had a good fit in the structural equation modeling (SEM) test; therefore, the model of the development of sport for all for veterans and the disabled in Iran was approved. It can therefore be argued that personal and family factors determine the attitudes of specific strata; if environmental factors are structurally and culturally capable of developing sport participation for the disabled, more talent identification will occur.
