ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزار حمایت از ورزشکاران نخبه زن در ورزش قهرمانی

هدف از این پژوهش، ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزار حمایت از بانوان ورزشکاران نخبه در ورزش قهرمانی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری کلیۀ بانوان ورزشکاران نخبه بودند که 200 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به پرسشنامۀ پژوهش پاسخ دادند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته بود، که بر مبنای پیشینۀ پژوهش، مصاحبۀ نیمه‌هدایت‌شده با خبرگان و به‌ویژه ورزشکاران نخبۀ زن فهرستی از مهم‌ترین متغیرهای مرتبط با موضوع تهیه و پس از استخراج 46 گویه نهایی شد. پس از بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی از آلفای کرونباخ، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و برای بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. نتایج اجرای تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای مولفه‌های نه‌گانه بین 0.73تا0.89بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که مقیاس 46سوالی حمایت از ورزشکاران نخبۀ زن در 9 عامل نیاز به حمایت اجتماعی (7 گویه)،حمایت مالی (6 گویه)، نیازهای شغلی (4 گویه)، سبک زندگی (7 گویه)، حمایت‌های پزشکی(5 گویه)، حمایت‌های ورزشی (5 گویه)، حمایت‌های آموزشیتحصیلی (5 گویه)، حمایت دولت (4 گویه) و زیرساخت‌ها و امکانات (3گویه) دسته‌بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش نشان داد که عامل‌های حمایت اجتماعی، حمایت مالی و نیازهای شغلی بانوان ورزشکار نخبه مهم‌ترین منعکس‌کننده‌های حمایت از بانوان ورزشکار نخبه در ورزش قهرمانی بودند.

Build and Validate Scale Of Female Elite Athletes Support In Championship Sport

The aim of this study was to design and validate the scale of support for elite athlete women in championship sport. The research method was descriptive and a survey. The population included all elite athlete women and 200 women responded to the questionnaire purposively. A researchermade questionnaire was used to collect data. Based on the research background and a semistructured interview with experts, in particular elite athlete women, a list of the most important variables related to the subject was provided and finalized after 46 items had been extracted. Face and content validity were examined by Cronbach’s alpha and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine construct validity. The results of factor analysis showed that the reliability of the scale for all nine factors was between 0.73 and 0.89 using Cronbach’s alpha. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that 46item scale of support for elite athlete women was classified in nine factors: need for social support (7 items), financial support (6 items), job requirements (4 items), lifestyle (7 items), medical support (5 items), support for sports (5 items), academiceducation support (5 items), government support (4 items), and infrastructure and facilities (3 items). The conclusion showed that social support, financial support and job requirements of elite athlete women were the most important reflectors of support for elite athlete women in championship sport.
