تبیین توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان براساس سبک تفکر مدیران مطالعۀ موردی: ادارۀ کل ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان

هدف از این تحقیق تبیین مدل توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان براساس سبک تفکر مدیران ادارۀ کل ورزش و جوانان اصفهان بود. روش تحقیق از نظر چگونگی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی – اکتشافی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر اجرا میدانی بود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق مدیران و کارکنان ادارۀ کل ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان بودند (به‌ترتیب 56 و 444 نفر). حجم نمونه با توجه به محدود بودن جامعۀ آماری، کلیۀ مدیران تمام‌شمار (56 نفر) و حجم نمونۀ کارکنان براساس جدول مورگان 205 نفر محاسبه شد که به‌طور تصادفی و نسبیتی از ادارات استان انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد سبک تفکر استرنبرگ– واگنر (1991) و پرسشنامۀ توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی اسپریتزر (1995) بود. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها به‌ترتیب 0.87 و 0.89 براساس آلفای کرونباخ بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از طریق آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون معادلات ساختاری و به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار spss و amos انجام گرفت. سطح معناداری 0.05 محاسبه شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مولفه‌های مربوط به سبک تفکر و توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان این متغیرها را اندازه‌گیری می‌کند و ازاین‌رو مدل اندازه‌گیری تایید شد.

Explanation of psychological empowerment of employees based on managers’ thinking style Case Study: State General Administration of Sport and Youth in Isfahan

The purpose of this research is to explain the model of psychological empowerment of the employees based on thinking way of the managers in general office of sports and youths in Isfahan. The method of this research was descriptiveexplanatory in terms of data collection and applied in terms of purpose and field in terms of conducting. Statistical society of this research consisted of the managers and the employees of general office of sports and youths in Isfahan. The number of the managers and employees were 56 and 444 respectively.They were selected from the offices of Isfahan proportionally (205). Measurement tools of the research were two standard questionnaires including Sternberg Wagner`s thinking way (1991) and Speritz`s psychological empowerment (1995).These questionnaire had content and context validities Reliabilities for thinking way questionnaire and psychological empowerment questionnaire were 0.87 and 0.89 respectively based on cronbach alpha. Data analysis was conducted by descriptive and inferential statistics including structured equations test. Information analysis was conducted using software SPSS and AMOS. Findings showed that components related to thinking way and psychological empowerment measured these variables and therefore, measurement model was approved.
