ارزیابی تاثیرات بصری ارتفاعات جنوبی مشهد با رویکرد توسعه تفرجگاهی

زمینه: ارتفاعات جنوبی کلانشهر مشهد با برخورداری از مواهب اکولوژیکی و منابع بصری طبیعی ارزشمند به‌عنوان پهنه‌ای استراتژیک در تامین نیازهای تفرجی و طبیعت‌گردی شهروندان شناخته ‌شده است. درحالیکه اقدامات توسعه‌ای و نوع بهره‌برداری از این پهنه موجب ایجاد تغییرات و تحولاتی شده که اولین نمودهای آن را در نظام بصری می‌توان ارزیابی نمود. هدف: هدف پژوهش شناسایی و ارزیابی تاثیرات بصری توسعه تفرجگاهی در ارتفاعات جنوبی مشهد می باشد. روش پژوهش: ابتدا به مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی در جهت تدوین چارچوبی از مبانی نظری و شناسایی معیارهای ارزیابی بصری پرداخته و سپس با استفاده از روش‌های میدانی و ابزارهای مربوط به سیستم‌های اطلاعات جغرافیایی به برداشت و ثبت اطلاعات زمینه اقدام گردید. پس ‌از آن با بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزارهای شبیه‌سازی، تجسم سازی تاثیرات بصری ناشی از توسعه آتی انجام شد. باتکیه بر ابزار پرسشنامه نیمه ساختار یافته نظرات 15 نفر از متخصصین و خبرگان و 165 نفر از استفاده کنندگان از فضا اخذ گردید. در راستای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای تحلیلیspss و arc map استفاده شد.بحث و یافته‌ها: سلسله اقدامات بهره‌برداری از این گستره‌ی توانمند، نیازمند مدیریت یکپارچه و حفاظت محور می‌باشد. در ارزیابی تاثیرات بصری بر اساس مولفه های شناسایی شده، در اکثریت مناظر دریافتی نیاز به بازنگری در مجموعه اقدامات توسعه ای اعم از فرم مبلمان، مکانیابی توسعه فضای سبز و ساختمان های خدماتی و تاسیساتی می باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: درنهایت با عنایت به شناسایی و ارزیابی تاثیرات بصری ناشی از توسعه تفرجگاهی، پیشنهاد‌هایی در راستای کاهش تاثیرات منفی ناشی از اقدامات توسعه‌ای در پهنه مذکور ارائه گردید.

visual impacts assessment of the southern heights of mashhad with the resort development approach

the southern heights of the mashhad metropolis, with its ecological gifts and valuable natural visual resources, are a strategic area for meeting the needs of citizens for recreation and nature tourism. while the development actions and the type of exploitation of this area have caused changes and transformations, their initial appearances can be evaluated in the visual system. current research aims to identify and evaluate the visual effects of resort development in the southern heights of mashhad city. this research first deals with library and documentary studies to develop a framework for the theoretical foundations of the research and identify visual evaluation criteria. then, field information is collected and recorded using field methods and tools related to geographic information systems. after that, with the help of simulation software, visualization of the visual effects caused by future development was done. based on the semi-structured questionnaire, the opinions of 15 experts and 165 space users were obtained. the spss and arc map analytical software programs were used for data analysis. the series of actions to exploit this powerful area requires integrated and protection-oriented management. in evaluating visual effects based on the identified components, in most received views, there is a need to review the development measures, including furniture, the location of green space development, and service and utility buildings. ultimately, considering the identification and evaluation of the visual effects caused by the resort development, suggestions were made to reduce the negative effects caused by the development measures in the said area
