بررسی نقش مسکن پایدار بر امنیت اجتماعی در شهرها مطالعه موردی شهر نوشهر

موضوع مطالعات امنیت در مسکن مهم ترین موارد و معیارهای سنجش کیفیت در شهرها است و امنیت به‌عنوان یکی شاخص‌های اصلی کیفیت موردتوجه صاحب‌نظران بوده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی و تحلیلی، روش گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی(مشاهده و پرسش‌نامه) و جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه خانوارهای شهر نوشهر می‌باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 384 نفر مشخص گردید. روایی متغیرهای تحقیق توسط اساتید دانشگاهی تایید گردید. و پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0.75 محاسبه شده است. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی(میانگین و توزیع فراوانی) و آماری استنباطی در محیط نرم‌افزار لیزرال صورت‌گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که بین شاخص‌های امنیت اجتماعی بر مسکن پایدار تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن بود که از بین شاخص‌ها، مسکن پایدار بر روی شاخص امنیت مالی دارای بیشترین تاثیر بوده به‌گونه‌ای که 70.4 درصد از واریانس متغیر امنیت مالی توسط متغیر مسکن پایدار مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد و این امر با مسکن به‌عنوان بستر سوداگری و کالای تجاری به صورت تجمیعی و «نگران» کننده به دلیل افزایش تسهیلات دریافتی مسکن و مازاد عرضه کمتر در واحدهای مسکونی ارزان‌قیمت و متوسط، پایداری اجتماعی مسکن را برای اقشار انبوه جامعه تحت‌تاثیر قرار دهد، اما در صورت وقوع سناریوهای بازگشت به شرایط پیش از برجام یا تشدید تحریم‌ها، افزوده‌شدن تقاضای سفته‌بازی و سرمایه‌ای به تقاضای مصرفی، افزایش تورم انتظاری در جامعه و افزایش قیمت درخواستی توسط عرضه‌کنندگان می‌تواند باعث افزایش قیمت مسکن حتی فراتر از سطح تورم عمومی در جامعه شود.

investigating the role of sustainable housing in social security in cities case study: nowshahr city

lack of housing today has destroyed our psychological and social security, and whether we like it or not, housing is considered one of the most important elements in the field of capital, and with the currentgrowing inflation, if a person does not own a house, he will never own a house. therefore, housing is considered one of the drivers in the field of the country's economy, this is because in the social, cultural fields and major issues such as population increase and social peace, solving the housing problem is necessary to achieve goals and solve problems. humans have needs. the purpose of this research is to examine the set of factors that cause the stability of housing in the study area in social security. in terms of the type of applied research and in terms ofdescriptive and analytical nature, the present research is the method of collecting library and field information (observation and questionnaire) and the statistical population of the present research is all thehouseholds of nowshahr city. the sample size was determined based on cochran's formula of 384 people. the validity of the research variables has been used from the opinions of experts and experts in urban planning, and the reliability of the questionnaire has been calculated using cronbach's alpha of 0.75. the data analysis method is using descriptive statistics (mean and frequency distribution) and inferential statistics in the environment. laser software has beendeveloped. the results of the research showed that social security indicators have a positive and significant effect on sustainable housing.also, the results showed that among the indicators, sustainable housinghas the greatest impact on the financial security index, so that 70.4% of the variance of the financial security variable is examined by the sustainable housing variable.
