بررسی چالش های توسعه پایدار شهر اراک با تاکید بر بخش کالبدی

امروزه رشد سریع شهری و آشکارشدن آثار زیان‌بار آن در بخش‌های مختلف زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کالبدی از چالش‌های اساسی در مسیر توسعه شهرهای ایران ازجمله اراک می‌باشد. در این میان شناسایی و تقویت شاخص‌های پایداری کالبدی که به دنبال ارتقای کیفیت فیزیکی سکونتگاه‌های انسانی و محیط‌های زندگی است از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل چالش‌های کالبدی به بررسی جایگاه شاخص‌های کالبدی در پهنه فضایی شهر اراک می‌پردازد.روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی نظریه‌ها جمع‌آوری و سپس جهت شناسایی معیارها و زیرمعیارها از روش پرسش‌نامه که بین 40 نفر از متخصصین شهری توزیع گردیده، استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش 5 معیار اصلی و 22 زیر معیار جهت تحلیل شاخص‌های کالبدی شهر اراک مشخص گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مناطق مرکزی اراک از نظر توسعه فیزیکی نامناسب‌ترین مناطق هستند. پژوهش حاضر توانسته است بخشی از چالش‌های توسعه شهری در یکی از شهرهای صنعتی ایران را بررسی کند. تاکنون در مورد شاخص‌های کالبدی شهر اراک و تاثیر آن بر توسعه شهر کمتر مطالعه شده است.نتیجه نهایی موید این موضوع است که بخش مرکزی شهر که در واقع بخش قدیمی‌تر شهر است به لحاظ کالبدی دارای ساختاری قدیمی و شکننده است و این موضوع می‌تواند تاثیر زیادی بر توسعه پایدار شهر در بخش کالبدی داشته باشد؛ زیرا که این مسئله خود زمینه‌ساز مشکلاتی دیگر مانند؛ سختی حمل‌ونقل، امنیت پایین، دسترسی سخت‌تر، کمبود امکانات خدماتی می‌شود و توسعه پایدار این بخش از شهر را ناپایدار می‌سازد.

investigating the challenges of urban development with emphasis on physical indicators case study: arak city

today, the rapid urban growth and the revelation of its harmful effects in various environmental, economic, social and physical sectors are one of the basic challenges in the development of iranian cities, including arak. in the meantime, identifying and strengthening physical stability indicators that seek to improve the physical quality of human settlements and living environments is very important. the current research aims to analyze the physical challenges and investigate the position of physical indicators in the spatial area of arak city. the research method in this study is descriptive-analytical. first, theories were collected using library and documentary studies, and then, to identify the criteria and sub-criteria, the questionnaire method was used, which was distributed among 40 urban experts. in this research, 5 main criteria and 22 sub-criteria were determined to analyze the physical indicators of arak city. the results show that the central regions of arak, are the most unsuitable in terms of physical development. the present research has been able to study part of the challenges of urban development in one of the industrial cities of iran. so far, less study has been done on the physical indicators of arak and its impact on the city's development. the final result confirms that the central part of the city, which is the older part of the city, physically has an old and fragile structure, and this issue can have a significant impact on the sustainable development of the city in the physical part, because this issue is the foundation of other problems such as the difficulty of transportation, low security, more difficult access, lack of service facilities, and make the sustainable development of this part of the city invisible.
