سنجش و ارزیابی میزان حکمروایی خوب شهری در محله‌های شهر فردوسیۀ شهرستان شهریار

امروزه حکمرایی خوب شهری اثربخش ترین، کم هزینه ترین و پایدارترین شیوه اعمال مدیریت شهری به شمار می آید. تحقق این امر در مدیریت شهرهای ایران، از جمله شهرهایی با شهروندان متفاوت از نظر فرهنگی مانند محله های شهر فردوسیه، مستلزم عینیت بخشیدن به مشارکت شهروندان و شاخص های حکمرایی خوب شهری در ابعاد گوناگون است. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی، توصیفی تحلیلی و رابطه ای مقایسه ای است. برای این منظور از داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه و از دو روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل ساکنان شهر فردوسیه با جمعیت 30.577 نفر بود که 384 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از جدول مورگان در پنج مرحله به عنوان نمونه درنظر گرفته شدند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، در میان شاخص های حکمرایی مطلوب شهری و مدیریت شهری در شهر فردوسیه، رابطه به میزان 0/895 وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر می توان گفت 78/4 درصد از شاخص های حکمرایی خوب شهری در شهر فردوسیه وجود دارد. در حالی که از نظر شهروندان میزان شاخص ها در سطحی پایین تر از حد متوسط است. همچنین در تبیین شاخص های تشکیل دهند حکمرایی خوب شهری، مدل تحلیل مسیر به کار رفت و مشخص شد مشارکت با میزان 0/778 بیشترین تاثیر و اثربخشی با میزان 0/131- کمترین تاثیر را بر حکمرایی خوب شهری و مدیریت در سطح محله های شهر فردوسیه دارند.

According to the onesample t test in neighborhoods, urban good governance indices are these: Level of participation, equality, effectiveness, responsiveness and security at a level lower than the average in urban neighborhoods are located.
