چکیده    تحول در الگوی مراکز تجاری، سبب استقرار کاربری‌های منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای در سطح محله‌های مسکونی شده و با پیامدهایی مثبت و منفی همراه بوده است. در پژوهش حاضر، بازارهای فراشهری مبل یافت‌آباد، کیف و کفش امین‌الملک و آلومینیوم قلعه‌مرغی واقع در منطقۀ 17 شهرداری تهران، به‌عنوان فضاهای تجاری با عملکرد فراشهری بررسی شده است تا تاثیرات آن‌ها بر تغییرات کالبدی محله‌های مسکونی مجاور خود، از جمله یافت‌آباد، امامزاده حسن، باغ خزانه و بلورسازی مشخص شود. پژوهش حاضر شناختی و ارزیابیمقایسه‌ای است و از پژوهش‌های مقطعیطولی محسوب می‌شود. داده‌های آن نیز از نوع کمیکیفی (آمیخته) و شیوۀ گردآوری، اسنادی و پیمایشی (پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته و مصاحبه و مشاهده) است. جامعۀ آماری مطالعۀ حاضر، بلوک‌های آماری سال‌های 1359، 1375 و 1390، قطعات کاربری اراضی و مسئولان شهری محله‌ها و منطقۀ مورد مطالعه است. داده‌ها به‌کمک آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن در نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل شد و نمایش فضایی داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار gis صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد بازارهای فراشهری سبب تشدید فرسودگی بافت محله و بناهای آن و تبدیل واحدهای مسکونی محله‌ها به کاربری تجاری و انبار کالا شده است. به‌طورکلی استقرار بازارهای فراشهری در محله‌های مورد مطالعه، فضای این محله‌های مسکونی را آشفته کرده است.
