تهدیدات و چالش های امنیتی پیرامونی ارمنستان در دوران پسا جنگ سرد

پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی کشورهای مستقلی پا به عرصه بین الملل نهادند و این کشورها علاوه بر چالش های دوران حکومت سوسیالیستی با مسایلی نوینی در نظام سیاسی جدید مواجه گردیدند. کشور ارمنستان نیز از جمله آن کشورهای تازه استقلال یافته ای بود که با تهدیدات امنیتی از قبیل ایدئولوژی پان ترکیسم در میان همسایگان خود مواجه شد. مناقشه بر سر منطقه قره باغ میان ارمنستان و جمهوری آذربایجان ، عدم روابط دیپلماتیک با ترکیه و مسدود نمودن مرز های مشترک با آن کشور، تهدید به حمله نظامی از سوی ترکیه و ادعا ارضی جمهوری آذربایجان نسبت به سرزمین های ارمنستان نمونه هایی از تهدیدات امنیتی علیه آن کشور می باشد. پژوهش پیش رو با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از نظریه رئالیسم تدافعی تدوین گردیده است. پرسش اصلی پژوهش بر این مبناست که تهدیدات و چالش های امنیتی ارمنستان پسا جنگ سرد کدام است؟ فرضیه پژوهش نیز عبارت است این که مناقشه قراباغ، مسدود بودن مرز های پیرامونی ارمنستان و تلاش برای گسترش ایدئولوژی پان ترکیسم از مهمترین مصادیق تهدیدات امنیتی پسا جنگ سرد می باشد.

armenia’s peripheral security threats and challenges in the post-cold war era

after the collapse of the soviet union, independent countries entered the international arena. in addition to the challenges of the socialist era, these countries faced new issues in the new political system. armenia was also one of those newly independent countries that faced security threats such as the ideology of pan-turkism among its neighbors. the conflict over the karabakh region between armenia and the republic of azerbaijan, the lack of diplomatic relations with turkey and the closure of the common borders with that country, the threat of a military attack by turkey, and the territorial claim of the republic of azerbaijan to the lands of armenia are examples of security threats against that country. the present research has been developed using a descriptive-analytical method and the theory of defensive realism. the main question of the research is based on the security threats and challenges faced by armenia after the cold war. the research hypothesis is that the karabakh conflict, the closure of armenia's peripheral borders, and the attempt to spread the ideology of pan-turkism are among the most essential examples of security threats after the cold war.
