نقش چین در روابط ج.ا.ایران و عربستان و نظم امنیتی خاورمیانه

این پژوهش به بررسی نقش چین در روابط بین جمهوری اسلامی ایران و عربستان سعودی و تاثیر آن بر نظم امنیتی خاورمیانه می پردازد. چین، به عنوان یک قدرت جهانی در حال ظهور، با اتخاذ رویکرد دیپلماسی چندجانبه و میانجیگری سیاسی، تلاش کرده است تا تنش ها بین ایران و عربستان سعودی را کاهش داده و ثبات را در منطقه خاورمیانه تقویت کند. این تلاش ها منجر به توافق تاریخی بین دو کشور در مارس 2023 شد که به واسطه میانجیگری چین حاصل گردید. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش آن است که: چگونه چین توانسته است بر روابط ایران و عربستان سعودی تاثیر بگذارد و چه نقشی در نظم امنیتی خاورمیانه ایفا می کند؟ فرضیه اصلی بر این مبنا است که چین، با استفاده از قدرت اقتصادی و دیپلماسی فعال، توانسته است به عنوان یک میانجی موثر در منطقه عمل کرده و به کاهش تنش ها و تقویت ثبات کمک کند. روش پژوهش به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده اس ت و چارچوب نظری نیز بر اساس نظریات روابط بین الملل و دیپلماسی چندجانبه تنظیم شده اس ت. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که چین، با ارائه فرصت های اقتصادی و تجاری به هر دو کشور و همچنین با تاکید بر دیپلماسی اقتصادی و میانجیگری سیاسی، نقش مهمی در کاهش تنش ها و تقویت ثبات منطقه ای ایفا کرده است. این اقدامات موجب شده است که چین به عنوان یک بازیگر کلیدی در حفظ نظم امنیتی خاورمیانه شناخته شود.

this study examines china's role in relations between the islamic republic of iran and saudi arabia and its impact on the middle east security order. china, as an emerging global power, has attempted to reduce tensions between iran and saudi arabia and enhance stability in the middle east region by adopting an approach of multilateral diplomacy and political mediation. these efforts led to a historic agreement between the two countries in march 2023, which was brokered by china. the main question of this research is: how has china been able to influence iran-saudi arabia relations and what role does it play in the middle east security order? the main hypothesis is that china, using its economic power and active diplomacy, has been able to act as an effective mediator in the region and help reduce tensions and strengthen stability. the research method was descriptive-analytical, and the theoretical framework was also set based on the theories of international relations and multilateral diplomacy. the results of the research show that china, by providing economic and trade opportunities to both countries and also by emphasizing economic diplomacy and political mediation, has played an important role in reducing tensions and strengthening regional stability. these actions have led to china being recognized as a key player in maintaining the middle east security order.
