چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا نقش پویایی های منطقه خاورمیانه را بر استراتژی کلان امریکا در طی سالهای 2008 تا 2024 مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد که مشخصاً بر پویایی های سیاسی خاورمیانه متمرکز می شود. پرسش محوری پژوهش این است که پویایی های سیاسی خاورمیانه چگونه باعث تغییر استراتژی کلان امریکا در طی سال های 2008 تا 2024 شده است؟ نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است که هزینه های ناشی از وقوع جنگ در عراق و افغانستان، ظهور گروه های تروریستی، رقابت قدرت های منطقه ای نظیر ایران و عربستان و سایر کشورهای عربی، تحولات بیداری اسلامی پس از سال 2011 و مداخله و مشارکت بازیگران فرامنطقه ای و منطقه ای در امور سایر کشورها باعث شد تا ایالات متحده تلاش کند به جای حضور در منطقه خاورمیانه، چالش های خاورمیانه را بدون حضور نظامی و با موازنه از راه دور یا توازن فراساحلی مدیریت کند. در مقاله حاضر از چارچوب مفهومی توازن فراساحلی و روش تبیینی تکوین استفاده می شود.

Abstract
|
developments in some regions, including the middle east, are of particular importance in the change and evolution of america's grand strategy. the current research tries to evaluate the role of the dynamics of the middle east region on the us grand strategy during the years 2008 to 2024, which specifically focuses on the political dynamics of the middle east. the central question of the research is how the political dynamics of the middle east have changed the us grand strategy during the years 2008 to 2024? the research results have shown that the costs caused by the war in iraq and afghanistan, the emergence of terrorist groups, the competition of regional powers such as iran and saudi arabia and other arab countries, the developments of islamic awakening after 2011 and the intervention and participation of actors. trans-regional and regional issues in the affairs of other countries caused the united states to try to manage the challenges of the middle east without a military presence and with a remote balance or an offshore balance instead of being present in the middle east region. in this article, the conceptual framework of offshore balance and the explanatory-formative method are used.
