بررسی دگرگونی آماری اختلافات داخلی و بین‌المللی با بهره‌گیری از مطالعات صلح اپسالا و هایدلبرگ

این مقاله به تحلیل انواع، میزان و شدت بحرانها و مخاصمات داخلی و بین المللی در پنج دهه اخیر اختصاص دارد. فرایند تحقیق با تعریف انواع اختلافات، بحرانها و مخاصمات آغاز شده و با ارائه تحلیلی در خصوص چرایی فزونی تعداد مخاصمات داخلی بر بین المللی خاتمه می یابد. مساله اصلی پژوهش، ارائه تصویری کامل و مبتنی بر آمار از میزان اختلافاتو مخاصمات داخلی و بین المللی است. سوال اصلی پژوهش آن است که چرا تعداد مخاصمات و اختلافات داخلی از زمان جنگ دوم جهانی به این سو، فزونی گرفته است؟ فرضیه پژوهش آن است که تلاشهای نهادینه شده سازمان ملل متحد جهت جلوگیری از وقوع جنگ خانمان سوز دیگر پس از جنگ دوم جهانی و آمره شدن قواعد منع توسل به زور در روابطبینالمللی، منتهی به کاهش مخاصمات در سطح بین المللی و افزایش مخاصمات داخلی گردیده است. روش تحقیق، تحلیلی - توصیفی است و محققان با مطالعه اکتشافی و بهره گیری از اسناد و مقالات بویژه گزارشهای چندسال اخیر « مرکز اطلاعات و آمار اپسالا در خصوص مطالعات صلح و جنگ » و «انستیتو تحقیقات دانشگاه هیدلبرگ در خصوص مخاصمات بین المللی » به جمع آوری اطلاعات پرداخته اند. نوآوری مهم تحقیق، تحلیل اختلافات و بحرانهای بین المللی با تکیه بر آمار عینی و پرهیز از تکیه بر مطالعات صرفاً تئوریک در خصوص علل و زمینه های بروز اختلافات و مخاصمات می باشد.

this article is dedicated to the analysis of the types, amount and intensity of domestic and international crises and conflicts in the last five decades. the main question of the research is to provide a complete and statistics-based picture of the amount of internal and international disputes and conflicts. the main research question is why the number of internal conflicts and disputes has increased since world war ii. the hypothesis of the research is that the institutionalized efforts of the united nations to prevent another civil war after the second world war and the imposition of rules prohibiting the use of force in international relations have led to a decrease in conflicts at the international level and an increase in internal conflicts. the research method is analytical-descriptive, and more important innovation of research is the analysis of disputes and international crises by relying on objective statistics and avoiding relying on purely theoretical studies regarding the causes and contexts of disputes and conflicts.these findings, which shed new light on the dynamics of conflicts, are sure to pique your interest.
