راهبردهای امنیتی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا در خصوص چین و تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (2001-2021)

تاثیر راهبردهای امنیت ملی آمریکا بر سایر کشورها، همواره موردتوجه پژوهشگران روابط بین‌الملل بوده است. برخی نظریه‌پردازان معتقدند، توسعه همه‌جانبه چین در بیست سال گذشته، منافع بسیاری از کشورها، علی‌الخصوص آمریکا را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که راهبردهای امنیتی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا در خصوص چین، چه تاثیری بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران(2001-2021) داشته است؟ در پاسخ فرضیه مطرح‌شده آن است که «با توجه به تهدیدات راهبردی امنیتی آمریکا علیه چین، این کشور به دنبال اتحادهای جدید میان بازیگران مهم منطقه‌ای بوده، که این امر منجر به اتحاد راهبردی میان چین و ایران گردیده است». پس از بررسی منابع شاخص دسته اول(اقتصادی و راهبردهای امنیتی) با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، نتایج نشان داد: راهبردهای امنیت ملی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا، از سال 2001 تا 2021 همواره از چین و ایران به‌عنوان یک تهدید بین‌المللی یادکرده است، به شکلی که نقش چین پررنگ‌تر و نقش ایران در مراحل بعدی در این راهبرد‌ها قرار داشته‌اند. به نظر استفان والت هنگامی‌که دو یا چند دولت با تهدید مشترک قریب‌الوقوع مواجه شوند، برای حفاظت از خود در شکل یک ائتلاف به یکدیگر می‌پیوندند. بدین‌جهت کشور چین و ایران در برابر تهدیدات کشور آمریکا قرارداد همکاری 25ساله به امضا رساندند.

security strategies of the united states of america regarding china and its impact on the national security of the islamic republic of iran (2001-2021)

the impact of american national security strategies on other countries has always been the focus of international relations researchers. some theorists in this field believe that the all-round growth of china in the last twenty years has threatened the interests of many countries, especially the united states. this research seeks to answer the question, what effect has the security strategy of the united states of america regarding china had on the national security of the islamic republic of iran (2001-2021)? in response to the proposed hypothesis that according to the strategic security threats of the united states against china, this country has been looking for new alliances between important regional players, which has led to a strategic alliance between china and iran. after examining the sources of the first category (economic and security strategies) with a descriptive-analytical method, the results showed: the national security strategy of the united states of america, from 2001 to 2021, has always mentioned china and iran as an international threat, to the way that china's role is more pronounced and iran's role in the next stages are in these strategies. according to stephen walt, when two or more states face an imminent common threat, they join together in the form of a coalition to protect themselves. therefore, china and iran signed a 25-year cooperation agreement against the threats of the united states.
