بررسی سیاست خارجی ایران در بحران سوریه در دوره پساداعش

روابط راهبردی ایران و سوریه علی‌رغم فرازوفرودهای کم‌سابقه‌ای که طی سالیان اخیر تجربه کرده است، نمونه‌ای تام عیار از ناگسستنی‌ترین روابط دوجانبه در محیط امنیتی غرب آسیا تلقی می‌گردد که در فضای پسا بحران به ‌منظور تحکیم دستاوردهای به‌دست‌آمده نیازمند نقش‌آفرینی، مدیریت و مهندسی ویژه‌تر نسبت به قبل است. با تاسی از شرایط پدیدار شده، نگارندگان پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی در صدد پاسخ به چرایی این پرسش راهبردی برآمده اند که الزامات رفتاری ایران برای مدیریت سوریۀ پسا بحران چگونه ارزیابی می‌گردد؟ فرضیه ای که از معبر پرسش مذکور به جهت ارائۀ راهبردی بهینه بر مبنای مدیریت تحولات داخلی سوریۀ پس از اتمام بحران مطرح گردیده ناظر بر آن است که به رغم کامیابی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ممانعت از سقوط نظام سیاسی تحت هدایت«بشار اسد»، تداوم دستاوردهای سیاسی نظامی به‌دست‌آمده نیازمند راهبرد پردازی جامع و مبتنی بر ملاحظات داخلی جامعه سوریه بر اساس علایق و خصایص فرهنگی، مذهبی و ژئوپلیتیکیِ مشترک است.

despite the unprecedented ups and downs experienced by iran and syria in recent years, the strategic relations between iran and syria are considered to be a perfect example of the most unbreakable bilateral relations in the security environment of west asia, which in the post-crisis environment requires more special role-playing, management and engineering than before in order to consolidate the achievements. . the current research aims to investigate and analyze the foreign policy of the republic of iran in syria in the post-isis era, and has raised the question, &how are iran’s behavioral requirements for the post-crisis management of syria evaluated?& using the method of descriptive and library study and as a possible answer, the present research proposes the hypothesis that despite the success of the islamic republic of iran in preventing the fall of the political system under the guidance of & bashar assad&, the continuation of the obtained political-military achievements requires a comprehensive strategy based on the internal considerations of the syrian society based on common cultural, religious and geopolitical interests and characteristics.
