تاثیر سیاست های دونالد ترامپ بر جایگاه رویای آمریکایی

با روی کار آمدن دونالد ترامپ رویکرد سیاست خارجی آمریکا عصر جدیدی را تجربه کرد و فضای گفتمانی دولت آمریکا، رویکردی را در پیش گرفت که به‌زعم محققان، بنیادهایی را که سیاست خارجی آمریکا برای هژمونی در جهان بر مبنای آن پی‌ریزی شده بود را با چالش روبه‌رو کرد. هدف این مقاله، تبیین اثرات اقدامات ترامپ بر رویای آمریکایی در سطح جهانی است و با روش تکوینی-تبیینی به این سوال پاسخ می‌دهد که سیاست‌های ترامپ از سال 2017 تا 2020 چه تاثیری بر تحقق رویکرد رویای آمریکایی در نظام بین‌الملل گذاشته است؟ در پاسخ فرض بر این است که عدم توجه به نظام چندقطبی حاکم بر روابط بین‌الملل و خروج آمریکا از پیمان‌ها و تعهدات بین‌المللی، نظریه رویای آمریکایی را تضعیف و منجر به کم‌رنگ شدن جایگاه آمریکا در نظام بین‌الملل شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد دولت ترامپ در ابعاد چندجانبه‌گرایی شامل؛‌کنار گذاشتن حقوق بین‌الملل و پی‌ریزی یک‌جانبه‌گرایی، اصلاح نفتا، ‌خروج از توافق‌نامه آب‌وهوایی پاریس، توافقنامه ترانس پاسیفیک و برجام، بازبینی در ائتلاف، اتحادها و تعهدات نظامی، بی‌اعتنای به ارزش-های اقتصادی لیبرال، بازبینی در تعهدات امنیتی هند و اقیانوس آرام و... رویای آمریکایی را تضعیف کرد.

the impacts of donald trump’s policies on the fulfillment of the american dream in international system

since donald trump took office as us president, the american foreign policy experienced a new era and the discourse approach chosen by the us government, according to some pundits, challenged the foundations and structures the us foreign policy had built as a hegemon in the world. this paper tries to explain the repercussions of the trump administration’s measures on the &american dream& at the global level through an explanatory formative method. the question of the paper focuses on the impacts of donald trump’s policies on the fulfillment of the &american dream& in international system. it is hypothesized that by disregarding the multi-polar order which governs the international relations and also the us withdrawal from international treaties and obligations, the &american dream& is weekend and has diminished us position in the international system. the results show the trump administration in the dimensions of multilateralism include; abandoning international law and establishing unilateralism, nafta reform, withdrawal from the paris agreement, trans-pacific partnership, and jcpa, review of coalitions, alliances and military commitments, disregard for liberal economic values, review of security commitments india and the pacific, etc., undermined the american dream.
