تحلیل رقابت یا همکاری؛ آینده حضورآمریکا و چین در غرب آسیا

حضور روزافزون چین در منطقه غرب آسیا منجر به شکل‌گیری مباحث متعددی در مجامع آکادمیک و عرصه‌های سیاست-گذاری شده است. در حال حاضر چین به عنوان تهدید راهبردی در سطح جهانی برای منافع ایالات متحده مطرح است. حضور روزافزون چین در منطقه منجر به طرح این پرسش شده است که تا چه اندازه سیاست ایالات‌متحده و چین دستخوش تغییر خواهد شد و چه آینده یا آینده‌هایی را می‌توان برای حضور راهبردی چین و ایالات متحده در منطقه ترسیم کرد؟ مطابق فرضیه این پژوهش موقعیت راهبردی منطقه ایجاب می‌کند که با وجود رقابت راهبردی چین و ایالات‌متحده در سطح جهانی، در منطقه غرب آسیا با یکدیگر همکاری خواهند کرد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و ناظر بر رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی است. طبق یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که حضور ایالات متحده و چین در منطقه غرب آسیا در قالب چهار آینده «ممکن، باورکردنی، محتمل و مطلوب» قابل بررسی است. با توجه به نیاز این دو دولت فرامنطقه‌ای به منطقه غرب آسیا، می‌توان گفت که آینده مطلوب، همکاری است و حضور هر دو دولت در منطقه قابل پیش‌بینی است.

china’s growing presence in the west asian region has led to a number of debates in academia and policy-making. china is now a global strategic threat to us interests. china’s growing presence in the region has led to the question of how much the policy of the united states and china will change and what future or futures can be drawn for the strategic presence of china and the united states in the region? according to this research hypothesis, the strategic position of the region requires that despite the strategic rivalry between china and the united states in the world, they will work together in the west asian region. the research method is descriptive-analytical and oversees the future research approach. according to the research findings, the presence of the united states and china in the west asian region can be considered in the form of four &possible, believable, probable and desirable& futures. given the need of these two supra-regional governments for the west asian region, it can be said that the desired future is cooperation and the presence of both governments in the region is predictable.
