ایندو پاسیفیک و ضرورت نگاه جدی‌تر جمهوری اسلامی ایران به آن

ایران طی سالیان اخیر به‌منظور تثبیت و توسعۀ منافع ملی خود، با تاسی از راهبرد سنتیِ نگاه به شرق، توجه ویژه‌ای را به برقراریِ رابطۀ تنگاتنگ و تعامل وثیق با کشورهای حاضر در آوردگاه راهبردی ایندو پاسیفیک مبذول داشته است. با عنایت به دگردیسی‌های راهبردی که بر دستگاه دیپلماسی ایران سایه افکنده است، نگارندگان پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی توصیفی تحلیلی و با به‌کارگیری مفروضاتِ تئوریکِ مستتر در نظریۀ نو منطقه‌گرایی کوشیده‌اند تا به چرایی این پرسش راهبردی پاسخ‌ گویند که ویژگی، ابعاد، وجوه و ضرورت توجه و تمرکز فزایندۀ ایران به حوزۀ قدرت آفرین ایندو پاسیفیک، چگونه ارزیابی می‌گردد؟ فرضیه‌ای که از معبر پرسش فوق مطرح گردیده ناظر بر آن است که متاثر از صعوبت‌های تحمیلیِ ناشی از تحریم‌های بی‌سابقۀ مجموعۀ غرب و همچنین با عنایت به جایگاه ویژه‌ای که حوزۀ راهبردی ایندو پاسیفیک در معادلات ژئوپلیتیکیِ پسا جنگ سرد احراز کرده است، دستگاه دیپلماسی ایران، به‌منظور حضور هرچه فعال‌تر در سامانه‌های چندجانبۀ منطقه‌ای و افزایش سطح تعاملات سیاسی اقتصادی خود با منظومۀ قدرت‌های شرق آسیایی همچون چین، جهت، محور و گسترۀ سیاست خارجی خود را به سمت مناطق فراسویِ مرزهای شرقی معطوف داشته است.

Indo-Pacific and the need for a more serious look at the Islamic Republic of Iran

In recent years, in order to consolidate and develop its national interests, Iran, by establishing a traditional strategy of looking to the East, has paid special attention to establishing close relations and close interaction with countries present in the IndoPacific strategic region. Considering the strategic transformations that have overshadowed the Iranian diplomatic apparatus, the authors of the present study have tried to answer this strategic question by answering this strategic question with a descriptiveanalytical approach and applying the hidden theoretical assumptions in the new regionalist theory. How is the IndoPacific powerhouse evaluated? The hypothesis raised by the above question suggests that the system was influenced by the difficulties imposed by the unprecedented sanctions imposed by the West as well as by the special position that the IndoPacific strategic area has achieved in the postCold War geopolitical equations of Iran. The more active presence in multilateral regional systems and the increase in the level of its politicaleconomic interactions with the system of East Asian powers such as China, the direction, axis and scope of its foreign policy is directed to the regions beyond the eastern borders.
