تهاجمی شدن سیاست خارجی ترکیه در قبال سوریه در فاصله سالهای ( 2015 تا 2020 )

تحولات سوریه پس از 2011 موجب اتخاذ مواضع و سیاست های متعارض از سوی بازیگران منطقه ای و بین المللی درقبال ناآرامی های این کشور شد. ترکیه درهمسایگی سوریه اقدام به سازماندهی و حمایت از مخالفان سوری کرد که نهایتا به مداخله نظامی انجامید . چنین اقدامی نه تنها برپیچیدگی بحران سوریه افزود ، بلکه نتایج داخلی و منطقه ای آن تهاجمی شدن سیاست خارجی ترکیه را درپی داشت. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی و پاسخ به این سوال است که عوامل موثر در تهاجمی شدن سیاست خارجی ترکیه درقبال سوریه در فاصله سالهای 2015 تا 2020 کدام است؟ درپاسخ به این پرسش فرضیه های متعددی مطرح می شود. اینکه سیاست ترکیه در این دوره تحت تاثیر افزایش فعالیت گروههای شورشی و جنگهای نیابتی درداخل سوریه و به موازات آن تحرکات سیاسی و نظامی کردها درمناطق شمالی این کشور قرار گرفت. هم زمان آنکارا در صدد افزایش قدرت منطقه ای برآمد که مجموعه این تحولات موجب درگیرانه تر شدن سیاست خارجی ترکیه شده است. روش تحقیق مقاله تحلیلی تبیینی با استفاده جمع آوری داده ها ازکتاب و اسناد است. درراستای تبین و تحلیل مبنایی موضوع تحقیق از نظریه رئالیسم تهاجمی جان مرشایمر بهره گرفته می شود.

Aggression of Turkey’s foreign policy towards Syria between the years (2015 to 2020)

The Syrian developments after 2011 led to the adoption of conflicting positions and policies by regional and international actors in the face of the unrest in this country. Turkey in the Syrian neighborhood organized and supported the Syrian opposition, which eventually led to military intervention. Such a move would not only complicate the Syrian crisis, rather, its domestic and regional consequences led to the aggression of Turkish foreign policy.This study seeks to investigate and answer the question of what are the factors influencing the aggressiveness of Turkey’s foreign policy towards Syria between 2015 and 2020? In answer to this question, several factors are raised. That Turkish policy during this period was influenced by the increase in the activity of insurgent groups and proxy wars inside Syria and at the same time the political and military movements of the Kurds in the northern regions of the country. At the same time, Ankara sought to increase regional power, a combination of which has made Turkish foreign policy more involved. The research method is analyticalexplanatory which uses data collection from books and documents. John Mersheimer’s theory of aggressive realism is used to explain and analyze the subject of the research.
