الگوهای سیاست خارجی ترکیه و ایران در منطقه آمریکای لاتین

آمریکای لاتین به عنوان منطقه‌ای با حساسیت ژئوپلیتکی اخیرا جایگاه خاصی را در سیاست خارجی ترکیه و ایران پیدا کرده است. با عنایت به همسایگی و رقابت این دو کشور در خاورمیانه، حضور آنها در آمریکای لاتین و راهبردشان در قبال این منطقه از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. لذا سوال اصلی مقاله این است که الگوی‌های سیاست خارجی ترکیه و ایران در آمریکای لاتین چیست؟ در این راستا، فرضیه اصلی مقاله هم چنین است که الگوی سیاست خارجی ترکیه در قبال آمریکای لاتین بر مبنای اقتصاد گذاشته شده، در حالی که الگوی ایران هویت محور و بر اساس ارزش‌های ضد هژمونیک بوده است. ضمنا یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که به سبب تغییرات سیاسی خصوصا جابجایی احزاب حاکم که منطقه آمریکای لاتین همواره تجربه می‌کند، الگوی اقتصاد محور نسبت به هویت محور، در حفظ روابط دراز مدت موثرتر خواهد بود. روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد مقایسه ای است.

The Patterns of Turkish and Iranian Foreign Policy in the Latin American Region

Latin America as a geopolitical region has recently found a special place in Turkish and Iranian foreign policy. Given their proximity and competition in the Middle East, their presence in the region of Latin America and their strategy for this region is crucial and significant. So the main question in this article is, what are the patterns of Turkish and Iranian foreign policy in Latin America? In this regard, the main hypothesis of the paper is that Turkey’s foreign policy model in the region of Latin America is based on economy motivations, while Iran’s model in that region is identitybased and ideological one. In addition, the research findings show that due to the political changes especially the relocation of the ruling parties that the Latin American region is constantly experiencing, the economybased model will be more effective in maintaining longterm relationships than the identitybased and ideological approach. Meanwhile, The research method in this paper is descriptiveanalytical with a comparative approach.
