واکاوی سیاست خارجی دونالد ترامپ با تاکید بر هژمونی نظم جهانی لیبرال

پیروزی دونالد ترامپ در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری سال 2016 در سایه شعارها و برنامه‌های ساختارشکنانه داخلی و خارجی باعث شد تا بسیاری از صاحب‌نظران گفتمان حاکم بر سیاست خارجی دولت ترامپ را یک انقطاع رادیکال نسبت به گفتمان حاکم بر سیاست خارجی اسلاف آن و پایان هژمونی نظم جهانی لیبرال قلمداد کنند.در راستای بررسی و تحلیل ادعای فوق پژوهش حاضر به بررسی و تحلیل سیاست خارجی دونالد ترامپ می‌پردازد.در این راستا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال اساسی است که رویکرد ترامپ نسبت به نظم جهانی لیبرال در عرصه سیاست خارجی چگونه است؟ در پاسخ به سوال فوق این فرضیه محوری مطرح می شود سیاست خارجی ترامپ با اسلاف خود تفاوت ماهوی و ذاتی ندارد لذا ترامپ نیز مانند سایر روسای جمهور آمریکا که از جنگ جهانی دوم به بعد به دنبال حفظ و تقویت هژمونی نظم لیبرال بوده اند ذیل استراتژی سیاسی امنیتی «اول آمریکا» نه تنها به دنبال بر هم زدن این نظم نیست بلکه به دنبال ساختن نظم نوین بین‌المللی لیبرال با شیوه‌های جدید از جمله برهم زدن تعهدات کنونی آمریکا با جایگزین کردن تعهدات جدید است.با توجه به این که تحقیق حاضر یک تحقیق کیفی است لذا روش تحقیق آن توصیفیتحلیلی است.
