تحلیل تاثیر سیاست های دونالد ترامپ بر قدرت نرم ایالات متحده آمریکا

قدرت نرم از مولفه‌های مهم و تاثیرگذار در سیاست خارجی کشورها به شمار می‌رود. این مقاله تلاش دارد تا میزان تاثیر سیاست‌های دونالد ترامپ بر قدرت نرم آمریکا را بررسی نماید. در همین راستا سوال اصلی مقاله این است که سیاست داخلی و خارجی ترامپ چه تاثیری بر قدرت نرم ایالات متحده داشته است؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش، فرضیه مقاله عبارت از این است که سیاست‌های اعلامی و اعمالی ترامپ به ویژه با محوریت دکترین «نخست امریکا» باعث افول قدرت نرم آمریکا شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش با تکیه بر داده‌ها و شواهد موجود نشان می‌دهد رویکرد اقتصاد محور و تمرکزشدید بر منطق هزینه فایده، اتخاذ سیاست‌های درون‌گرایانه و تجدید نظر یا خروج از برخی معاهدات منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی باعث گردیده تا منابع قدرت نرم ایلات متحده از جمله سیاست خارجی و ارزش‌های سیاسی تحت تاثیر قرار گیرد. روش تحقیق در این مقاله تحلیلی – توصیفی است و برای تحلیل از نظریه قدرت نرم استفاده گردیده و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها نیز مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی بوده است.

This article attempts to examine the impact of Donald Tramp’s policies on American soft power. In this regard, the main question of the paper is that the domestic and foreign policies of Trump which have had effects on the soft power of the United States? In response to this question, the hypothesis of the article is that announcements and acts policies of Trump, in particular with the emphasis on the &First America&, has led to the decline of American soft power.. Findings of the research, based on existing evidence and evidence, suggest that an economically oriented approach focused on costbenefit logic, the adoption of intrinsic policies and renewal or the withdrawal of regional and international treaties has led to US soft power resources, including foreign policy And political values. The research method in this article is analyticaldescriptive and is used for analyzing soft power theory and the data collection tool has been based on library and internet resources
