عقل و قانون در رساله قوانین افلاطون

در این مقاله که به بررسی اندیشه سیاسی افلاطون در رساله قوانین می پردازد تلاش می شود با توجه به نظر افلاطون به عقل، جایگاه قانون در تفکر افلاطون و وجوه تمایز آن از حاکمیت فیلسوف مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. به عبارت دیگر در مقاله سیر تحول اندیشه سیاسی افلاطون و مبانی معرفتی آن از حاکمیت فیلسوف به حاکمیت قانون مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. از این جهت مقاله نشان می دهد تغییر در صورت بندی معرفتی افلاطون بر محوریت عقل موجب تغییر در محتوای تفکر او در موضوعات مختلف از جمله اندیشه سیاسی و چگونگی سامان سیاسی شهر از همپرسه جمهور به قوانین گردیده است.نتیجه و حاصل هم پرسه سیاستمدار و سپس قوانین با توجه به مشکلات فیلسوف در اداره شهر، ضرورت قانون و سامان دهی شهر بر اساس مجموعه قوانینی است که در آنها جزئیات اداره شهر مشخص شده باشد. قانون کلیدواژه ای که افلاطون آن را چاره حل مشکلات شهر و راه حل بدیل حاکمیت فیلسوف در قوانین می داند.

Reason and Law in Plato’s Laws

This article, which deals with Platoamp;rsquo;s political thought in Laws, makes an attempt to study the position of law in Platoamp;rsquo;s thought and its differences from philosopheramp;rsquo;s governing with regard to Platoamp;rsquo;s view on reason. In other words, it is going to examine the evolutionary process of Platoamp;rsquo;s political thought and its epistemological foundations from philosopheramp;rsquo;s governing to law governing. Therefore, this paper intends to show that the change in Platoamp;rsquo;s epistemological formulation based on reason has led to the change of the content of his thought about various issues including political thought as well as the political organization of the city; and this very change can be seen in his writings when one goes from Republic to Laws. Regarding the philosopheramp;rsquo;s problem in running a city, the result of Statesman and Laws is the necessity of law and managing the city based on a set of rules in which all the details are pointed out. Law is a keyword which Plato regards as the answer to the city problems and an alternative solution to the philosopheramp;rsquo;s governing.
