چگونه طرح نقد هنری از نقد قوۀ حکم کانت ممکن است؟

می‌گویند نقد قوۀ حکم بیشتر دربارۀ زیبایی طبیعی و کمتر دربارۀ زیبایی هنری است. حتی برخی می‌‌اندیشند کمتر دربارۀ فلسفه هنر است و کمتر و کمتر دربارۀ نقد هنر. نشان‌هایی که کانت از طریق سرنوشتارهای نقد سوم مستقیم به ما می‌دهد همین تلقی را به‌ وجود می‌آورد؛ مطلبی با عنوان نقد هنر وجود ندارد. در این پژوهش، با روش توصیفی تحلیلی با اتکا به آرای برنهام نشان می‌دهیم نوع خاصی از نقد هنری را می‌توان از این اثر کانت بیرون کشید. نقد سوم را روی شانه‌های بحث ایده‌های زیباشناختی و نبوغ می‌توان نشاند. اثر هنری را از دریچۀ ارتباط با مباحث تاخوردۀ درون ایده‌های زیباشناختی می‌توان نگریست. مباحثی همچون ذوق به معنی صرفاً صورت زیبا را دریافت کردن، ژانر به معنی مفهوم اثر را غایت پنداشتن، مضمون یعنی ایده‌ عقلانی را محتوای اندیشیدنی در نظر داشتن، روح اثر را بر مبنای ایده‌ زیباشناختی سنجیدن و نمادگرایی و استعاره را در نقد هنری گنجاندن، می‌توان مدنظر قرار داد. نقد باید بر ارزشی واحد استوار باشد. به نظر می‌رسد در صورت تمرکز بر قابلیت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های متنوع ایده‌های زیباشناختی و اتکا به ارزش زیباشناختی، می‌توان نقد زیباشناختی برای هنر در نظر گرفت و برای جنبۀ ارزشیابی کلی اثر هنری در نهایت از روح‌داری یا بی‌روحی اثر پرسید.

how is it possible to propose an artistic critique based on kant’s critique of judgment?

it is common for the critique of judgment to focus more on natural beauty and less on artistic beauty. some even think there is less discussion about the philosophy of art and even less about art criticism. of course, this perception is directly influenced by the references kant provides in the prefaces of his numbered sections; there is no specific discussion titled &art critique,& but evidence suggests that artistic or aesthetic critique can be derived from the critique of judgment. the critique of judgment can be centered on the shoulders of discussions regarding aesthetic ideas and genius. one can view the artwork through the lens of the intertwined discussions of aesthetic ideas. for example, taste (the pure reception of beautiful form), genre (the concept of the work as an end), subjectmatter (the rational idea as the content of thought), and spirit (the aesthetic idea) can be considered aspects of critique. the method of research is descriptive-analytic, based on douglas burnham’s ideas.  in this research, aesthetic value has been chosen. in kant’s critique of art, it is understood that we can progress from the stage of taste, in a sense of free beauty reliant on beautiful form, to determining the content and genre of the work, the stage of expressing the aesthetic idea of the work, and defining its spiritual essence. the idea behind intuition can connect with higher realms of moral concepts and ideas of reason through symbolic images or attributes.
