رهیافتی شناختی و بدن‌مند به خوانشگری کاغذی و دیجیتال

این مقاله تلاش می‌کند به‌کمک ابزارهای مفهومی هایدگر، فوکو و نیز دستاوردهای علوم شناختی، از منظری فلسفی گذار از خوانشگری کاغذی به خوانشگری دیجیتال را بررسی کند. این بحث می‌تواند تمهیدی برای فهم فلسفی عصر دیجیتال باشد. در این پژوهش نشان داده می‌شود که تحلیل هایدگر دربارۀ هستی تودستی و تکنولوژی می‌تواند به فهم رفتارهای خوانشگری ناظر به خواندن کاغذی و دیجیتالی کمک کند. همچنین، از چهارچوب تحلیلی هایدگر، برای هستی‌شناسی متن بهره گرفته شده است. ازسوی‌دیگر، تاملات فوکو دربارۀ تکنولوژی‌های بدن‌مند می‌تواند مناسبات قدرت‌‌شناختی را که پیرامون خواننده شکل می‌گیرد، تبیین کند. افزون‌براین، علوم شناختی با بررسی مفصّل نحوه‌های گوناگون خوانشگری، یافته‌های تجربی مفصّلی از تاثیرات منش‌های خوانشگری بر سوگیری‌ها و مهارت‌های شناختی انسان به دست داده است. در این میان، علوم شناختی بدن‌مند و مهارتی جایگاهی متمایز دارد؛ چراکه با گذار از فهم رایانشی از انسان، به منش‌ها و حالت‌های گوناگون بدنی هنگام مطالعه توجه و تاثیرات آنها را برجسته کرده است. برای یکپارچه‌کردن این حوزه‌های پژوهشی، تلاش بر این است که یافته‌های علوم شناختی در چهارچوب فهم تکنولوژیک هایدگر و فوکو از مناسبات قدرت‌‌شناخت  مدرن قرار گیرد.

a cognitive and embodied approach to the paper and digital reading

in this article, with the help of heidegger and foucault’s conceptual tools, as well as the achievements of the cognitive science, we try to examine the transition from paper reading to digital reading. this discussion can be a preparation for a philosophical understanding of the digital age. we show that heidegger’s analysis of the ready-to-hand beings and technology can help to understand the reading behaviors of paper and digital readers. we have also use heidegger’s analytical framework for text ontology. on the other hand, foucault’s reflections on the embodied technologies can explain the power-knowledge relationships that is constructed around the reader. in addition, the cognitive science has provided detailed empirical findings on the effects of reading behaviors on the human cognitive biases and skills by examining the various modes of reading. embodied and skillful cognitive science, by going beyond the computational understanding of human beings, has noticed the various behaviors and states of the body in reading processes and highlighted their effects. to integrate these areas of research, we try to place the findings of the cognitive science within the framework of heidegger and foucault’s technological understanding of the modern power-knowledge relationships.
