کارکرد ترتیب مولفه‌ها‌ی تحلیل حکم ذوقی در زیباشناسی کانت

کانت در بخش «تحلیل قوۀ حکم زیباشناختی»، در نقد قوۀ حکم، به تحلیل عملکردهای منطقی حکم ذوقی می‌پردازد. در میان مولفه‌های چهارگانۀ حکم، مولفۀ کمّیت به اعتبار کلی آن نظر دارد. به‌طورکلی، کانت در بحث دربارۀ حکم ذوقی ازحیث کمّیت، در صدد است اثبات کند حکم ذوقی از کلیتی بهره‌مند است که این کلیت، با ابتنای به اصل پیشینیِ آن، سبب اعتبارش نزد همگان می‌شود و دراین‌راستا، وی احکامی را با عنوان «تاملی» معرفی کرده و آنها را از احکام اندراجیِ مطرح در دو نقد پیشین متمایز می‌کند. کانت احکام تاملی را به‌مثابۀ احکام کلی تبیین می‌کند و مدعی است آنها نیز مانند احکام اندراجی دارای اصلی پیشینی هستند؛ اما او کلیت حکم تاملی را نه با ارجاع به خصوصیات تعیّنی ابژه، بلکه با ارجاع به قابلیت درمیان‌گذاشتن حالت ضمیرِ سوژه، تصدیق می‌کند. کانت به‌منظور تبیین کلیت چنین احکامی، تمهیدی متفاوت را نسبت به روش تبیین احکام اندراجی، در نظر می‌گیرد. وی در چهارچوب تبیین عملکردهای منطقی این احکام، تحلیل مولفۀ کیفیِ حکم را بر تحلیل مولفۀ کمّی آن مقدم داشته و تبیین بی‌علقه‌بودن حکم ذوقی را مبنایی برای امکان کلیت (اعتبار عمومی) آن قرار می‌دهد. پژوهش پیش‌رو در نظر دارد تا کارآمدی چنین تمهیدی را بررسی کند و اهمیتش را در تحلیل حکم زیباشناختی از منظری جدید کاوش کند.

the arrangement function of the moments of taste judgment in kant’s aesthetics

kant analyses the judgment of taste logical functions in “analytic of the aesthetic power of judgment” section of critique of the power of judgment. among the quadruplet moments of the judgement, the quantity moment considers the universal validity of the judgment. generally, in discussion about the judgment of taste in terms of quantity, kant intends to prove that the judgment of taste has a universality which, on the basis of its a priori principle, causes its validity in everyone view and in this regard, he introduces judgements as &reflective& and distinguishes them from the subsuming judgments that considered in the previous two critiques. kant explains the reflective judgments as the universal judgments and claims they have also a priori principle just like subsuming judgments. but he affirms the universality of the reflective judgment not by reference to the determinative properties of the object, but by reference to communicability of the subject’s state of mind. in order to explain the universality of such judgments, kant considers a different preparation with the explanation method of determinative judgments. in the explaining framework of the logical functions of these judgments, he has preceded analyzing of qualitative moment of judgment to analyzing of its quantitative moment and uses the explanation of the disinterestedness of the taste judgement as a basis for the possibility of its universality (general validity). the present essay intends to question the effectiveness of such a preparation and to explore its importance in the analysis of aesthetic judgment from a new perspective.
