تاثیر چرخه عمر بر رابطه رشد شرکت و سودآوری شواهدی از بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیررشد گذشته شرکت بر سودآوری است و عملکرد مدیران شرکت ها در مدیریت رشد را با در نظر گرفتن چرخه عمر شرکت، بررسی می نماید. بدین منظور، از شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، تعداد 85 شرکت برای دوره زمانی 1387 تا 1391 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای آزمون فرضیه ها از مدل رگرسیون چندمتغیره و تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پانلی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که رشد گذشته، تاثیری منفی بر سودآوری شرکت دارد. بدین صورت که تاثیر رشد گذشته شرکت بر سودآوری با تغییر در وقفه های زمانی، متفاوت است. از طرف دیگر چرخه عمر بر رابطه رشد شرکت و سودآوری تاثیر معناداری دارد و در دوران افول دارای بیشترین ضریب تعیین است و دوران بلوغ دارای کمترین ضریب تعیین است. با توجه به رابطه منفی بین نرخ رشد و سودآوری شرکت، شرکت هایی که در دورن افول خود طبقه بندی شده اند نرخ رشدشان با توجه به افزایش سن باعث کاهش سودآوری می شود.

Life cycle impact on the relationship between firm growth and profitability evidence of Tehran stock exchange

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the past firm growth on profitability and examines management performance in managing the firm growth considering life cycle. For this purpose, among the listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange, 85 companies from 2008 to 2012 were selected and examined. After collecting and classifying the data, Multivariate regression model and analyzing panel data were used for hypothesis tests. The result show that past firm growth has a negative impact on firm profitability and the impact of past firm growth on profitability with changing intervals is different, on the other hand, the life cycle has a significant impact on the relationship of firm growth and profitability, that the RSquared in declined group is highest and in maturity group is the lowest. due to the negative relationship between growth rate and profitability which company that are sorted within their declined due to aging sorted growth rate will reduce profitability
