بررسی جمعیت‌های مختلف بالنگوی شهری (lallemantia iberica fischer & c.a. meyer) از نظر درصد و عملکرد پروتئین در شرایط آب و هوایی آذربایجان شرقی

اهداف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد و همچنین درصد و عملکرد پروتئین اکوتیپ های مختلف بالنگوی شهری (lallemantia iberica fischer c.a. meyer) در منطقه آذربایجان شرقی می باشد.مواد و روش ها: به منظور ارزیابی ویژگی‌های مرتبط با عملکرد 49 اکوتیپ بالنگوی شهری (قَرَه زَرَک) جمع آوری شده از مناطق مختلف کشور، پژوهشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار و طی سال‌های 95 و 96 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز اجرا گردید. مهم‌ترین صفات اندازه‌گیری شده عبارت بودند از: تعداد دانه در کپسول، تعداد کپسول در هر چرخه گل در ساقه اصلی و شاخۀ جانبی، عملکرد دانه در واحد سطح و همچنین برخی صفات کیفی از قبیل درصد و عملکرد پروتئین در واحد سطح. یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که اکوتیپ‌ها در اکثر صفات موردمطالعه اختلاف معنی‌داری با یکدیگر نشان دادند. اکوتیپ شماره 37 (روستای الوار بستان آباد) از نظر بسیاری از صفات مخصوصاً از نظر عملکرد دانه برتری بالایی داشت. اکوتیپ شماره 46 (کردستان 2) دارای بالاترین درصد پروتئین بودند، در صورتی که بالاترین میزان عملکرد پروتئین از اکوتیپ شماره 48 (زنجان) به دست آمد. در تجزیه رگرسیونی عملکرد پروتئین بالاترین ضریب رگرسیونی (873/0=r) به ترتیب در عملکرد پروتئین در واحد سطح و عملکرد دانه در واحد سطح مشاهده گردید.نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق اکوتیپ شماره 37 (روستای الوار بستان آباد)، 23 (تبریز 4) و 24 (کلوانق 14) از نظر صفت عملکرد دانه به عنوان مناسب‌ترین و سازگارترین اکوتیپ‌ها برای شهر تبریز شناخته شدند.

investigating different populations of dragon’s head (lallemantia iberica fischer & c.a. meyer) in terms of percentage and yield of protein in the climatic conditions of east azarbaijan

background objective: the aim of this research is to investigate the yield and yield components as well as the percentage and protein yield of different ecotypes of dragon’s head in east azerbaijan region.materials methods: in order to evaluate the characteristics related to the yield of 49 ecotypes of dragon’s head collected from different regions of the country, a research in the form of a randomized complete block design with 3 replications during the years 2014 and 2015 in the research farm of the faculty of agriculture university of tabriz was implemented. the most important traits measured were: the number of seeds in a capsule, the number of capsules in each flower cycle in the main stem, the number of capsules in each cycle in the secondary branch, seed yield per unit area and also some qualitative traits such as protein percentage and protein yield in surface unit. results: the obtained results showed that the ecotypes showed significant differences with each other in most of the studied traits. ecotype no. 37 (alvar village, bostanabad) was highly superior in terms of many traits, especially in terms of grain yield. ecotype no. 46 (kurdistan 2) had the highest protein percentage, while the highest protein yield was obtained from ecotype no. 48 (zanjan). in the regression analysis of protein yield, the highest regression coefficient (0.873) was observed in protein yield per unit area and grain yield per unit area, respectively. conclusion: based on the results of this research, ecotypes no. 37 (alwar village of bostanabad), 23 (tabriz 4) and 24 (kolvanagh 14) were recognized as the most suitable and compatible ecotypes for tabriz city in terms of grain yield traits.
