تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تغییر کاربری غیرمجاز اراضی کشاورزی در شهرستان آذرشهر

اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تغییر کاربری غیرمجاز اراضی کشاورزی در شهرستان آذرشهرانجام گردید. مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی بوده و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است که ازمدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده و به روش علی- ارتباطی و تحلیل ماتریس کواریانس- واریانس انجام شد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از تعداد 220 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه، اطلاعات جمع‌آوری گردید. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل اساتید دانشگاهی، افراد مطلع محلی و پژوهشگران حوزه توسعه و ترویج کشاورزی بودند. داده‌های حاصل از اجرای پژوهش در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و سپس در نرم‌افزار لیزرل به صورت مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. برای محاسبه روایی، از روایی محتوایی و صوری و برای سنجش پایائی پرسشنامه تحقیق از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای تحلیل اثرات ساختاری مقدار 0.77 بدست آمد که نشان دهنده پایایی پرسشنامه است. در تحلیل داده‌ها در محیط برنامه لیزرل، مدل ارائه‌شده در سطح مطلوب با داده‌های تجربی سازگاری داشته و شاخص‌ها از نیکویی برازش برخوردار بودند. در این مطالعه، مکان‌یابی نادرست خدمات مزاحم از بعد زیست‌محیطی، سوداگری زمین از بعد اقتصادی، گسترش فضاهای جمعی از بعد اجتماعی و تنوع و اختلاط کاربری‌ها از بعد کالبدی- فضایی به عنوان مولفه‌های موثر بر تغییر کاربری‌های غیرمجاز در شهرستان آذرشهر شناسایی شدند.نتیجه گیری : مدل ارائه شده در سطح مطلوب با داده های تجربی سازگاری داشته و شاخص ها از نیکویی برازش برخوردار می باشند مکان یابی نادرست خدمات مزاحم و جلوگیری از توسعه منابع « و مکان یابی نامناسب صنایع از بعد زیست محیطی به عنوان متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر تغییر کاربری غیرمجاز اراضی کشاورزی در شهرستان آذرشهر هستند

structural analysis of factors affecting the unauthorized change of agricultural land use in azarshahr city

background & objectives: the current research was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of the factors affecting the unauthorized change of agricultural land use in azarshahr city.materials and methods: the current research is applied based on its purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature and method, which used structural equation modeling and was carried out by causal-relational method and covariance-variance matrix analysis. in this research, information was collected from 220 people as a sample size using the purposeful sampling method. the participants included university professors, local informants and researchers in the field of agricultural development and extension. the data obtained from the research was analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using spss statistical software and then structural equation modeling was done in lisrel software. content and face validity were used to calculate validity, and cronbach's alpha method was used to measure the reliability of the research questionnaire. cronbach's alpha coefficient for analyzing the structural effects was 0.77, which indicates the reliability of the questionnaire.results: in the analysis of data in the lisrel program environment, the presented model was compatible with the experimental data at the optimal level and the indicators had a good fit. in this study, the incorrect location of nuisance services from the environmental dimension, land speculation from the economic dimension, the expansion of collective spaces from the social dimension, and the diversity and mixing of uses from the physical-spatial dimension were identified as factors affecting the change of unauthorized uses in azarshahr city.conclusion: spatial expansion of cities and integration of villages and their surrounding lands is one of the important consequences of rapid urbanization, which has had a significant effect in azarshahr city. in such a way that the continuous spatial expansion of this city during the last few years has integrated various villages with their agricultural lands, gardens and pastures around them in its context. in addition, the spatial expansion of this city has led to population inflation and the physical growth of surrounding villages. the result of this process has been vast changes in the land use of these villages.
