کشاورزی شهری و اثر آن در توسعه پایدار شهری(نمونه موردی شهر تبریز)

اهداف: در سال‌های اخیر یکی از راهکارهای ایجاد شهر پایدار، حفظ و توسعه کشاورزی شهری بعنوان یکی ازالگوهای اصلی توسعه و پایداری اکولوژیکی که نقش اساسی در ایجاد تعادل اکولوژیکی شهری و همچنین ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﺑﻮده و ﻧﻘﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﺪی در اﯾﺠﺎد اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و اﺷﺘﻐﺎل دارد، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیرات اکولوژیکی و اقتصادی کشاورزی شهری بر پایداری محیط شهری می‌باشد.مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش تاثیرات اکولوژیکی و اقتصادی کشاورزی شهری بر پایداری محیط شهری با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و تهیه پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار داده شده است. در این تحقیق شهر تبریز بعنوان یکی از شهرهای بزرگ کشورکه در سالهای اخیر فضاهای سبز آن تغییر زیادی یافته است، ولی با این وجود، پتانسیل های بسیاری برای توسعه کشاورزی شهری دارد، انتخاب شده است. برای ارزیابی این تغییرات از تصاویر ماهواره ای لندست استفاده گردیده است. همچنین برای ارزیابی کارکرد اکولوژیکی کشاورزی در شهر از نرم افزار شبیه ساز envi-met استفاده شده است. یافته ها: بررسی نتایج به دست آمده نشانگر این بوده است که با گسترش شهر به پیرامون و عمدتا بر روی اراضی کشاورزی و باغ های شهر، تغییرات عمده ای در میزان برخورداری فضاهای سبزصورت گرفته است. نتایج بررسی دو کارکرد اکولوژیکی و اقتصادی نشان دهنده آن است که این عوامل باعث بهبود شرایط محیطی و افزایش تولید و اشتغال زایی و بهبود امنیت غذایی جوامع شهری میشود.نتیجه گیری: عدم برنامه ریزی مناسب توسعه شهری تبریز در نیم قرن اخیر و مخصوصا در دهه گذشته صدمات جبران ناپذیری به فضاهای سبز شهری تبریز مخصوصا اراضی کشاورزی شهری وارد ساخته و ادامه این روند درسالهای آتی توسعه پایدار شهری و تعادل اکولوژیکی شهر تبریز را تهدید خواهد کرد. ولی با حفظ و گسترش کشاورزی شهری میتوان هم از لحاظ اقتصادی و هم اکولوژیکی زیست محیطی را در شهرها تقویت کرد.

urban agriculture and its effect on urban sustainable development (case study: tabriz city)

background and objective: in recent years, one of the strategies for sustainable urban development, preservation and development of urban agriculture as one of the main patterns for urban ecology and sustainability, which has been a key role in urban ecological balance as well as has the important role for food security and employment. therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate ecological and economic effects in urban agriculture for the urban sustainability.materials and methods: this study evaluated the ecological and economic impacts of urban agriculture for urban sustainability using library resources and questionnaire methods. in this study, tabriz city has been selected as one of the metropolitan areas that changed urban green areas in the past decades. nevertheless, tabriz has very good potential for developing urban agriculture areas. for urban green land use changes the landsat satellite imagery and for evaluation and simulation of environmental performance in urban agriculture areas the envi-met software are used.results: the results show that the sprawl development of tabriz caused many agriculture land and urban gardens destroyed in the past decades. but there are still urban agricultural areas in a part of tabriz and it will provide ecological and economic services for the citizens. protection and development of urban agriculture can play an essential role in employment, promotion of food security and improvement of the ecological condition of tabriz city.conclusion: the lack of proper planning of the urban development of tabriz in the last decade has caused irreparable damage to the urban green spaces of tabriz, especially urban agricultural lands, and the continuation of this trend in the coming years will threaten the sustainable urban development and ecological balance of tabriz. but by maintaining and expanding urban agriculture, it is possible to strengthen both economically and ecologically in cities.
