تحلیل راهبردهای اجرای کشاورزی اخلاق مدار در شهرستان سنقر

اهداف: کشاورزی از مهمترین فعالیت‌هایی است که رعایت ابعاد اخلاقی(انسان، محیط‌زیست، حیوانات، جامعه، اقتصاد و سیاست) در آن بسیار ضروری است. لذا هدف از این تحقیق تدوین راهبردهایی جهت بکار گیری اخلاق در فعالیتهای کشاورزی در شهرستان سنقر بود.   مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر با رویکردی کیفیکمی و به تحلیل استراتژیک رعایت اخلاق در کشاورزی پرداخته است. جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه این تحقیق کارشناسان و کشاورزان تولیدکننده‌ی محصولات سالم شهرستان سنقر(32=n) بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند.   یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد توجه همه جانبه دولت به اخلاق کشاورزی و حمایت مالی، فنی و قانونی از برنامه تامین سلامت غذا از مزرعه تا سفره( so4)، استراتژی توسعه عملیات خوب کشاورزی برای همه محصولات، عقد قراردادها و تفاهم‌نامه‌های منطقه‌ای، ملی و بین‌المللی جهت تامین نیاز بازارهای مصرف محصولات سالم است( so1) که هر دو در زمره استراتژی‌های تهاجمی قرار دارند. از طرفی لحاظ نمودن اقدامات اخلاقی در راستای توسعه پایدار کشاورزی و تخصیص بودجه‌های سالیانه و جهت‌دهی آموزش‌های کشاورزی به‌سوی کشاورزی اخلاق‌مدار (wo) مربوط به استراتژی محافظه‌کارانه است.   نتیجه گیری:  در وضعیت فعلی کشاورزی در منطقه مورد مطالعه، استراتژی تهاجمی باید در اولویت و توجه قرار گیرد. این بدان معناست که با در نظر داشتن مجموعه عوامل تاثیر گذار بر عدم رعایت اخلاقیات در کشاورزی، باید به توسعه نهادی در این بخش و اصلاح قوانین، دستورالعمل ها و از همه مهمتر نهادهای اجتماعی و هنجارهای اخلاقی در جامعه کشاورزان شهرستان پرداخت. در این راستا رویکرد کشاورزان و  سازمانهای مرتبط همچون کشاورزی باید در جهت بکارگیری منشور اخلاق در کشاورزی تغییر یابد.

Analyzing Agricultural Ethics Implementation Strategies in Sonqor County

Abstract Background & Objective:  Agriculture is one of the most important activities, whereas observing ethical dimensions (human, environment, animals, society, economy and policy) are necessary. Therefore the purpose of this study was develop strategies to apply ethics in agricultural in Sonqor County.   Materials &Methods: This study is a QualQuan research. The study population consisted of experts and farmers producing healthy products in the city of Sonqor (n = 32) who were selected purposefully.   Results: Based on results, comprehensive government attention to Agricultural ethic and financial, technical, and legal support from the farm food to the table ( ) as a first strategy and evelopment of good agricultural production for all products, regional, national, international contracts and agreements in order to meet the needs of healthy consumer markets ( ) as a second important strategy was recognized which both of them are among the aggressive strategies. Also result showed that considering ethical actions towards development of sustainable agricultural, allocation of annual budgets, leading agricultural education to ethical agriculture (WO) are the most important conservative startegies.   Conclusion: in the current situation in study the, aggressive strategies should be prioritized. This means that with considering the factors affecting the nonobservance of ethics in agriculture, instutational development in this area, amend the rules, guidelines and most important social institutions and ethicl norms in the community of farmers need to be addressed in this county. In this regard the approach of farmers and related organizations should be changed toward appliying manifest of ethic in agriculture.
