عوامل موثر بر تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی در شهرستان تبریز

یکی از مهم‌ترین قدم ها به سمت توسعه پایدار حفاظت از تمامیت اراضی کشاورزی است. سالیانه بخشی از بهترین اراضی کشاورزی کشور به دلایل متعدد تغییر کاربری یافته و به مصارف غیر کشاورزی تبدیل می گردند و خروج این گونه اراضی از مسیر تولید زراعی و باغی لطمات جبران ناپذیری را ایجاد می نماید. بدین منظور در این مطالعه عوامل موثر بر تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی در شهرستان تبریز که تغییر در سطح وسیعی در آن انجام گرفته است، بررسی می شود. داده های لازم برای انجام این تحقیق از طریق طراحی و تکمیل حضوری پرسشنامه توسط 200 نفر از کشاورزان از روستاهای شهرستان تبریز و در سال زراعی 93-92 به دست آمد. در این مطالعه، ابتدا به اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر تغییر کاربری اراضی از دیدگاه کشاورزان منطقه بر اساس معیار ضریب تغییرات  پرداخته شد، سپس برای بررسی عوامل موثر بر تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی از مدل رگرسیون لاجیت استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد حدود 107 نفر از پاسخ گویان اقدام به تغییر کاربری اراضی خود نمودند. بر اساس نتایج مدل رگرسیونی لاجیت عوامل سن، شغل اصلی کشاورزی، تجربه کار کشاورزی، مرغوبیت و حاصلخیزی اراضی کشاورزی، داشتن شغل دامداری علاوه بر زراعت و باغداری و نگرش کشاورزان نسبت به حفظ اراضی کشاورزی اثر منفی و معنادار، همچنین متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات و درآمد کل سالانه کشاورزان، مساحت کل اراضی تحت مالکیت و دیمی بودن اراضی اثر مثبت معناداری را بر احتمال تغییر کاربری اراضی داشتند.

Factors Affecting the Agricultural Lands Use Change in Tabriz County

One of the most important steps toward sustainable development is to protect agricultural lands. Every year some parts of the country’s best agricultural lands due to various reasons, face kinds of using changes and convert to nonagricultural lands. Dismissing of such lands causes irreparable damages to agricultural and horticulture production processes. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect agricultural land use changes. Since Tabriz County is one of the areas in which agricultural land use change have been conducted, it is chosen as the studied area in this research. Data for this study was collected through questionnaire which was conducted by 200 farmers in Tabriz County.  To reach study’s aim, first, the effective factors on land use change besides farmers’ beliefs and attitudes that are likely to show an increasing effect on agricultural land use change, are classified,  moreover, the effective factors are prioritized based on Coefficient Variation (CV) Criterion. In order to investigate the influenced factors on land use change, the Logit Regression model was applied. Results indicated that 107 respondents have changed the use of their land. According to the model results, factors like age, main occupation of farming, work experience, quality and productivity of agricultural land, having livestock besides farming, and positive attitude toward agricultural lands, significantly reduce the probability of land use change. While the level of respondents’ education, their total annual revenue, and possessing rainfed lands have positive and significant effect on land use change.
