|
An analytical solution is obtained for the advection-dispersion of a constant input concentration along unsteady horizontal flow in semi-infinite shallow aquifer. exponential form of time-dependent seepage velocity and first order decay are considered. point source pollutant reaches the groundwater level from a surface and moves vertically down-wards,from its each point and starts spreading in the horizontal plane. two separates transformations are introduced. laplace technique is used to obtain the analytical solution of the present problem. © school of engineering,taylor's universit.
