بررسی مشکلات و موانع فعالیت بنادر خشک در کشور و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب

چکیده زمانی که کالایی وارد کشور می‌شود، همه ساختارهای حمل ‌و نقل به صورت مجزا وظیفه جابجایی آنرا تا رسیدن به مقصد به عهده دارند. ابتدا بار از طریق دریا وارد، سپس با ریل منتقل می‌شود و پس از آن از طریق حمل ‌و نقل جاده‌ای به صورت خرد توزیع می‌شود، اما مهم‌ترین مشکلی که امروزه در بنادر ساحلی به علت رشد سریع استفاده از کانتینر در حمل ‌و نقل دریایی وجود دارد، نبود فضای کافی برای انبارسازی است؛ همچنین نداشتن دسترسی مطلوب به مقصدهای کالا به علت استفاده از شیوه‌های سنتی انتقال کالا نیز مشکل را دو چندان می‌کند.جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تعدادی از کارکنان مناطق ویژه و فعالان بخش خصوصی و تعدادی از مدیران و معاونین سازمان بنادر می باشد که با استفاده پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمع آوری شد، و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی مشکلات فعالیت بنادر خشک و توسعه و سرمایه گذاری بنادر خشک کشور ایران در راستای افزایش خدمات و همچنین کاهش تقاضای نیاز به استفاده از اراضی حاشیه ساحل و افزایش سرمایه گذاری کشورهای خارجی، و با استفاده از یافته ها و راهکارهای شناسایی شده در این پژوهش میتواند جهت رفع موانع و مشکلات ایجاد بنادر خشک گامی برداشت. واژگان کلیدی: مشکلات بنادرخشک، حمل و نقل ترکیبی، بنادرکانتینری، گمرک، مناطق بندری

Survey on existing problems and obstacles in the country with regard to dry ports activity and submit proper solutions

Abstract When goods are imported, all transportation structures separately have this duty to transport it to assigned destination. First shipments arrive by sea, then will transport by rail and then by road transport will distributed in retail. But the main problem today in coastal ports due to the rapid growth of the maritime shipping container in there, is shortage of enough space for storage also, lack of proper access to the destination of the goods due to the use of traditional methods of transporting, will double the problem. The population of this research includes a number of special areas staff and private sector activists and a number of directors and deputy of ports organization, Data were collected using a questionnaire, and used descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze the data. The purposes of this study are to identify problems of dry ports activity and development and investment on them in IRAN, in order to increase the services as well as reducing the demand of marginal Coastal lands Speculation and increase of foreign investments. We can do something for rectifying the obstacles and problems of dry ports, Using the findings and strategies identified in this study.
